BEWARE THESE COPFRAUDS

One of the most common problems that police have involves persons who commit the same horrendous crimes over and over, such as murder or rape. The discovery of each crime is revealed to the media, and the media begins its non-stop shrieking about it into the public mind. A panic is created. The feedback loop between media and public causes the police to quickly move to relieve this pressure. Since there is virtually no real quality control on police, their methods are haphazard, inefficient and often misdirected by the less scrupulous cops. If no easy, convictable target is quickly found, such as a husband or other relative, co-worker or friend, cops turn to their database of previously caught criminals to recycle. Twenty-two years of history with DNA evidence proves that, a minimum of 7 to 15% of the time, (1), cops choose and convict innocent persons of these crimes in their rush to stop the media shrieking and public panic that results.

When innocents get convicted instead of the guilty, the crimes continue. The actual criminal receives no incentive to stop murdering or raping. In fact, he is encouraged to commit more, worse crimes after he sees the authorities cage and/or execute innocent persons for his crimes. He has seen over and over how cops and prosecutors never back up after engineering a conviction. He has seen how judges work in lockstep with cops and prosecutors to jealously protect all these fraudulent convictions, even to the point of refusing overwhelming proof of innocence.(2) The killers and rapists, etc, who have watched authorities cover their crimes for them this way know that they are home free. There is almost zero chance that they will ever get caught on these crimes, no matter what happens in the future. Once conviction is had, judges deny DNA, confessions, witnesses, physical proof of innocence, everything, to prevent escape of the already convicted. We citizens know this ourselves, as we have seen cops and prosecutors get on TV to "answer" for convicting innocents by brazenly denying DNA proof. The cop/prosecutor trick here is that, when forced, they simply make up a new story to cover the newly-uncovered facts, same as they pull on jurors in court: "We know our target is still guilty", they say, "This DNA just says that there were two culprits!"

Before there was irrefutable scientific proof such as DNA, citizens who were fraudulently convicted were very common, and so were the culprits who escaped punishment for these crimes. The general public gullibly accepted the cop/media assurance that the actual criminal was caught. The culprit knew he had gotten away with his crimes. When he continued his fetish of serial-rape or murder, bombings or other crimes, (arson is common),a few cops might notice that it was the same person or method, but they kept very quiet about this. Authority is MOST careful to present false confidence to the public. Cops, prosecutors, judges and even the media secretly believe that individual public safety of the commoners is inconsequential compared to the "common good" they serve by making the citizens believe that authority is infallible. (Their own safety is assured, since they are so prosperous that they do not have to live in or even near crime-infested areas that are seldom policed.) It is this misguided belief that led to the culture of secrecy and corruption that the gov/media/biz alliance enjoys today. When alert citizens noticed that the crimes continued despite conviction of a supposed culprit, authority decided to cover its tracks by inventing a new trick to calm the public. Instead of letting the facts be examined for errors by disinterested parties, cops simply claimed that there exist crazy criminals who decide to murder, rape, etc, in the same way described to them in newspapers or on TV. Cops sell this as the "copycat effect", and feed this line to their media tools whenever citizens begin to think and compare notes among ourselves.

Whenever cops pull out their "copycat" nonsense/excuse, it is more likely that they are covering up the conviction of an innocent than uncovering a copycat criminal. There has never been any copycat killers or rapists uncovered, but, in the past twenty years, DNA and other scientific proof has uncovered at least 300 innocents convicted and 23 executed, and covered up, by corrupt cops, prosecutors, judges and media hacks. The concept of copycat criminals is so ridiculous that even TV crime drama propagandists seldom try to vend this nonsense.

Do not go for it. Instead, insist that police provide detailed crime scene facts to all citizens so we can act as quality control so none of these culprits escape justice simply because innocent persons were convicted in their rush to satisfy media shriekings at the public to sell their adwares. Also, don't let the cops and judges or prosecutors periodically trash their evidence stockpiles on the excuse of needing more room. When they choose to stop paying for the cost of storage, this stuff should revert to the victims of their convictions. Authority does this very quietly every year or so, and it is the cops and prosecutors destroying proof of their corruption by covering their tracks. My own case proves this, without question.

Another copfraud recently uncovered originated from the FBI lab acquiescing to the demands of loca and state cops for bullet evidence-to-order. The problem is that soft lead slugs and some mushrooming and hollowpoint projectiles deform so much on impact that cops can't trace them back to the barrel they came out of with their famous "rifling scratches analysis" technique. To counter this problem, FBI "scientists" simply pretended that they could trace any slug back to the box it came in by comparing impurities in the metal.

They got away with this nonsense for decades due to the fact that cops and prosecutors suffer almost no quality control from any direction. (See: "Cops fraud-up 79 cocaine Convictions".) Cops did not have to offer any scientific proof because jurors, judges, prosecutors, cops, lawyers, the media and the public all wanted to believe it. No real scientists were called to provide any independent check on these cops' claims, as is automatic when academics make assertions. Cops and lawcrats get a free ride. Defense lawyers are singularly worthless in disputing cops' "scientific" claims, mostly because they have no science education and are taught in law schools to depend on their oral skills. Worse, they have no incentive to perform competently because they get paid just as lucratively to lose as to win. Because judges are the ones who decide whether lawyers can enjoy the riches of law practice, defense lawyers have more incentive to please the judges than the individual who is currently paying them, hence they have more incentive to lose than to win.

About twenty years ago, the cop/prosecution/judge machine made the mistake of convicting an innocent who was too intelligent to be railroaded with bullet fraud. He made the crack in this fraud that others widened. After many years, innocents finally were able to kick this corruption out of most courtrooms, but must always beware of them pulling it on the ignorant and gullible. Power is always corrupt. The only defense is learning their tricks and communicating them to their next victims. Previous courtroom frauds always return.

Authority continues to manufacture scientific and physical evidence. When they fear that they may get caught at this and perhaps temporarily lose their lucrative jobs or official reputations until an "investigation" can clear them, they often solve this potential problem beforehand by hiring an "outside" forensic examiner. This way, if their target is rich enough to detect the fraud, and buy enough expertise to force a judge to acknowledge it, it blows up on the outsiders, leaving the crooked cop/prosecutor team an easy escape and good, believable excuses with which to dodge their crimes. Innocent targets of evidence fraud should realize this trick and the fact that "outside" forensic "experts" often were insiders who got caught perpetrating frauds for authority. When insiders get caught more times than their crimes can be safely concealed, they are forced out. Sometimes their dirty deeds can be traced through public records.

Proof of how unabashedly corrupt they are is easily seen. Authority got caught torturing hundreds and murdering at least thirty persons at Abu Ghraib, Mossar-E-Sharif and Guantanamo Bay. To avoid getting caught again, authority built many secret torture facilities and prisons, and hired outsiders to help it continue to torture and murder. It got caught with two tapes of it torturing people, and was told to preserve them, (wink). Authority instead destroyed them. Authority was next caught with 92 more torture tapes after lying that only two people were tortured and only two tapes existed. Authority destroyed them too, knowing it would never punish itself for its crimes, no matter how hideous and depraved.

Authority began planning its torture-spree with the Bush/Cheney cabal simply authorizing itself to perpetrate torture, murder and other crimes against humanity- They hired scummy, prominent legal and military scoundrels such as Alan Dershowitz, 9th circuit judge Jay Bybee, General Hayden, Judge Michael Mukasey and Att. Gen,Gonzales to concoct phony torture "guidelines" to dupe the forces of honesty, integrity and character into believing that only lightweight, bullshit torture was ever perpetrated. Anyone who has endured common, routine U.S. police torture is sickened by the ease with which ordinary, ignorant citizens are connived into believing that sadists provide neck braces before slamming shackled persons into walls, High-nutrition drinks to the nearly starved and frequent breaks between torture sessions. Now there are politicians fighting in the media. The culprits are preventing the details of their crimes from escaping into public knowledge. The other politicians want to pretend to do something that looks like disclosure and prevention. Both groups of politicians agree that all the culprits will escape justice, even the lawyers hired to create the means to defy the law. No one will suffer the slightest punishment. Secrecy will endure. The criminals will all be encouraged by their easy escape from justice to perpetrate even worse sadism, savagery, maiming and murder in the future. These same crimes against humanity will continue to occur, but with more pain and maiming and death than before. This is why everyone must be the quality control: our brutal, corrupt rulers can and do justify any type of mayhem for their use against us.
