Borrowing                                                                                      By James Bauhaus

This is the week of Okie prisons' annual cage rip-up and mass property-theft. This time they put a cute girl on me, and she went through my possessions as she was testing every scrap of paper for anthrax. She stole my earphone, which I've had for six years. She called it a "ball of wire” because it had been connected to a new jack this year. We can't repair our possessions when they break down and expect to keep them after the cop finds out. It's like she gets a kickback or at least a gold star for forcing us to buy new stuff from their monopolistic, corporate co-criminals. She next stole my surge protector. I bought R at McAuschwitz prison twelve years ago when the scam reached Okracoma (Administrative prisoncrats nationwide simply decided to steal our $2 extension cords and force us to replace them with $9 surge protectors from their canteens. Every inmate took this rape with no real protest. We are still waiting for an electronic device that needs this protection.) She said it didn't have my name ground into it, so now I have to pay them $13 for three foot extension cord.

She also stole the usual things for petty harassment such as paper clips, pen, white-out, drawing paper, etc. (They try to find stamps to steal, but not many inmates stockpile stamps.)

So, why is this essay titled "borrowing/" Because I only consider their thefts as temporary loans. A friend of mine, Greg Smith, goes one step further. He told me, "Every time they beat me out of a dime, I make sure it costs them a dollar.”

Alert captives realize that ft's always about the money and that me more costly the confinement, the less of it there will be. Conversely, the more profit that they can make off their captives, the more captivity they will create.

They can "borrow" our prosperity, but they steal our lives. There are very few crimes that deserve years and decades of our lives. Europeans know this. Our politicians know this too, or if they don't, it's because we have not been effective at making them accept this fact. Stop letting them get rich off us through their political exploitation of crime. Join CURE, pay your dues, get your family to join. Form a voting bloc large enough to make these political parasites go suck blood from easier targets. Borrow a page out of their playbook. They like to boast that we are a 'nation of laws' while everyone can see that "we" are in fact a "nation of privileges." (For details on this, see 'Trickle-down Justice: How to Get Some!" "Can't you read!?" and 'How many lawyers kill little girls" on www.jamesbauhaus.org)

The gluttons of privilege who have their dynastic stranglehold on the seats of power need daily reminding that their wrists can suddenly get slapped with term limits. Or they can get exposed as I am doing with my writing career. Prisoncrats keep supplying me with free food, shelter and other taxpayer-supplied subsidies and welfare. I spend my life of leisure getting paid to expose their deceits, frauds and corruptions in my essays on the net. Citizens, particularly young intelligent citizens, want a shortcut to knowledge that is never taught in schools. They have learned that what schools teach is only a shadow of reality. They want to know what the profit-media refused to tell about the secret legal uproar caused by the attorney general Holder's “dropping of charges" on the already juror-convictad Senator Stevens. They are interested in why lawyers in the legislature deliberately write and pass laws that any 6th grader knows are expressly outlawed by the U.S. Constitution. They've never seen anyone apply economics to the politics of sentencing, but they are thirsty of mind and open to new ideas. They're not planning on 'borrovng;" they're in for the long haul: they want to own!

Borrowing is what victims of legal oppression must do to get justice, We need to borrow some of that premium brand justice that Senator Stevens bought to squirm out of his bribery conviction. (They invented new legal rights just for him that were so outrageously ridiculous that a judge had to be selected to pull a subtle switcheroo to keep the law students and prisoners from crying foul and explaining it to the news-sellers.) We need some of that high-octane, nitro-assisted justice given to those back-shooting, gunplanting border guards who wiggled out of their jury-given sentences after only 9 months. (See: ºHow Politicians Juke Justice' on www.jamesbauhaus.org) Senator Shelby's son got away with being a cacaine-importing dope king for only one $100,000 payment to a friendly judge/prosecutor team. A sleazy sex-fiend judge in Oklahoma oozed cut of a trial for waving his privates at two women merely by buying them off ('Faces of Corruption Judge Jesse 'the Flasher' Harris). Ex-govenor of Oklahoma, Frank Keating, got caught profiteering off corporate prison stock that he bought low then sold high after selling them thousands of Oklahoma's captives. He escaped stock manipulation convictions with a crafty lawyer who hurriedly created and back-dated a ºblind trust" excuse. Elite drugchaser cops got a very special blend of justice even after they got caught murdering a granny and planting dope to excuse it (Murder by Cop= 5-10 Years, Maybe"). As America's proud, privileged killers return from Afghanistan, Iraq and other secret ºwars," many of them will be murdering spouses, kin, co-workers and strangers. Not all of them will he able to hide behind mental defenses ("Loyalty Perverted"). Thousands of elites escape justice every year, and each time this occurs, the lawcrat community has to invent new ways to make these special-privilege cases look like ordinary law available to everyone.

This legal gold mine is largely overlooked by the prisoner law clerk community because most of them are microscoping judicial blathering within case law instead of watching the big picture for trends, ('Locked Out of the State House"). The constitution is a big place, covering lots of area. Case law is where judges try to fence off the place so no one else can get in. Borrow their tactics of expanding elites' rights. Try to couple rich-man's justice with your own. Whenever a glutton-of-pnvilege falls, a poor man should rise.

Where cops, lawcrats and politicians are concerned, their words speak louder than their actions; we must make them live up to their rhetoric.

Borrowing is older than history. Some social scientists may trace borrowing all the way back to before man's linage split off from ape about 14 million years ago. Arboreal apes sometimes found that they had managed to eat and carry off to safety more fruit than they desired. Living in troupes, there were always members who had been less successful in gathering food and those who had stayed behind to provide safety for the offspring, Also there were the weak and sick along with the ones who were beginning to become mature and strong. If an ape simply abandoned the excess fruit that he had brought to base camp, the clan of the many upturned palms would appropriate it for themselves at no cost. This tree food would lead to an excess of lay-abouts, which over time would drag down the troupe. The better strategy was to give excess fruit directly to carefully selected members based upon their ability and inclination to reciprocate in the future. Thus a more efficient society was forged using trust, integrity and forward-thinking as its currency for success. Social scientists define borrowing as a transfer of value or goods with the expectation by both parties of repayment. The precursor to borrowing is called "gifting.”

Recently the scientific community has uncovered borrowing behavior in other lower social animals. We have all wen how canines bring food back to their dens and how pups elicit a feeding behavior by licking their parents' jaws, causing them to vomit a partially digested meat to their offspring. This same behavior causes males to vomit for their mates who were unable to participate in a successful hunt due to familial duties. In domesticated canines, it is often seen that they will vomit for humans in situations where the gifting canine wishes to insinuate itself into the human's good graces and enter his "pack.' This gesture is usually misunderstood, especially when the canine recognizes refusal of his offer of alliance or subordination and takes back his gift by licking it up off the ground.

Scientific research has proven that canines have a sense of fairness and reciprocity, same as apes and man in that one dog will eventually go on strike when another dog gets fed for doing nothing while it is performing tasks and gets little or no reward.

For millions of years, borrowing (arid future repayment) has elevated social structures of most higher life forms on this planet. Now at the pinnacle of evolution, they have abruptly failed all over the planet. A worldwide rip in the social fabric of trust, Integrity and future good will has occurred due to the greed of the lop tenth percent of the most affluent and successful apes on this planet. These 67 million politicians, bankers, merchants, brokers, lawyers, financial speculators, land-flippers, stock gamblers and other connive-men became dissatisfied with their usual riches and decided that the cure for their ennui was to become even richer at the expense of their more honest fellows. Who better to exploit than the honest who work for their living rather than parasites that largely live by merely renting their money out to industrious persons? Also, why would a shark risk biting another shark? The toothless always make easier prey.

Politicians began yanking our teeth as soon as we went back to sleep after the great depression. The robber-barons ate us. We rose up, forced the lawyer-class to erect protections against another attack by the rich and returned to our blissful civic comas. Like rats gnawing the pipes and wires, merchants paid politicians to tear out the new public safety regulations while media prostitutes told us that no protection equals swift prosperity for everyone. The assaults on good sense finally broke our economic system so badly that Nixon had to freeze most wages and prices. We threw him out for being a crook and let Carter try. He couldn't fix Viet Nam war-caused inflation so we threw him out for Regan. The Reagan cabal allowed borrowing and spending as if money had little value. Our money lost much of its value, but the Regan cabal was able to conceal this fact through several ruses. Unemployment was concealed by changing the way it was accounted. Regan's era is famous for its trickery regarding definitions and numbers. Hordes of homeless could be seen, but few noticed them or that it became normal for offspring to live with their mothers far into adulthood. Regan/Bush created jobs by manufacturing threats and wars that employed millions of people in the mass-murder Industries. By pretending to be a nuclear-amred psychopath, Regan's cabal caused fear and loathing on the other side of the world. They harnessed their hordes of producers and whipped them to try and make a defense to America's warmongers. All of mankind suffered greatly as a miniature dark age siphoned off what could have been true progress in favor of mass destruction, murder, maiming and waste. The high point was when the Regan cabal was able to crow mightily to fools, pretending that their greed and war-profiteering was actually a preconceived plan to cause the fall of communism in Russia. This colossal destruction and waste converted our high inflation rate into a vast shrinkage in the value of our dollar. This set the stage for the "Clinton Prosperity."

Cheap dollars made our labor very affordable relative to countries that had decided not to throw away their resources by playing war and fear games. Foreign money poured in to hire our most educated brains and busy fingers despite the politicians' efforts to tax-off a large percentage for themselves, If we graph personal savings against credit debt, we find that savings peaked and began to decline at the same time that credit debt began rising. The year was 1982, just as Regan's schemes got their nefarious plans into high gear. Small investors began following the pied pipers of banks and brokerages to the land of junk bonds and land flips. This trend continued faster and faster until Clinton's Wall Street dl bubble broke.

The financial mega-looting didn't really kick off in eamest until the sonny-Bush cabal began their borrow-and-spend shenanigans. Sonny Bush is the first president to waltz into office looting (Enron, WorldCom, global crossing, enclone, etc.). Loot the entire eight years while in office (quintuple-priced oil, bank-rape, brokeragecorruption, real estate fraud, etc.) and somehow escape with hall of his victims still thinking he was an honest guy just keeping us safe" from the terrorism his party caused.

From Bush/Cheney's worldwide robbery sprang Obama's worldwide bailout. We've paid for our oil five times, we paid for our cars at least twice, we let the politicians and the brokers get away with our savings and pensions, and we'll be working the rest of our lives because of what we let the govemment take of ours and give to the banks. The only way the elite hereditary rich and the political dynasties can 'borrow' more from us is to simply pronounce that they an: offlcially, lawfully converting us from voluntary to involuntary slaves.

Unlike out best friends, the dogs, we seem unable to strike in the face of unfair treatment Like the great apes, we have been reduced to sitting around stupidly with our palms out, waiting for someone to give us an order. the self-proclaimed 'best and brightest' who run the govemment have fed us to the banks and themselves sit stupidly, waiting for their grand plan of ºborrowingº to propel us to prosperity. They are apparently unable to comprehend the fact that, in order to “borrow,” one must have a means of payback, i.e. a job! (All our collateral has already been taken.)

We are lucky this time to have a government that so far wants to encourage jobs that do not entail mass murder and wholesale destruction, We are still going to kill off our species and many below us due to overpopulation, industrial disease and global furnace, but we will now accomplish our demise a bit more slowly than had we continued along the republican plan of war and waste.

Persons interested in non-political details of how we got to this sorry state where the super-rich try vainly to lend to we who cannot borrow may wish to visit my website, www.jamesbauhaus.org and download free essays such as "Gov/Biz Megalooting Again!*; "Gov't Corruption Non-stop, All the Time"; "Gov't Corruption Depends an Secrecy"; 'NYC's WTC Holocaustº; 'Politician-Induced Modern Dark Age'; ºWho is Terrorized in America"; ºGlad I'm Safe in Prison"; 'What No Oil Economist Will Ever Tell You"; Top Secret Agenda of the U.S. Millionaires' Club"; and 'Never-ending Screwjob" among many others.

The best borrowing we can do is from history. Unless we have particularly great ideas, we should prefer to save and pay as we go instead of borrowing. In the past, borrowing worked well, but now, in its present form, borrowing tends to feed the parasites who drag us down.
