Security camera footage caught the Houston cops in the act of being

themselves 13 months ago. Unfortunately for honest citizens and our safety,

an anonymous judge in Texas kept this concealed until now, (2-5-2011; CNN)

endangering all our lives.

The footage opens with a cop car jumping the curb to run over a lit-

tle Negro youngster. He bashes over the hood, seriously hurt, possibly

with a broken leg. He looks like a dopie, or a petty thief, but he

carries nothing, and prudently rolls over and spread-eagles before the

pack of cops arrive.

At least 6 cops race up, ignore the kid's surrender, and begin

performing their atrocities as if their cop car blocks every honest

citizen's view. They are so intent on practicing their cop craft that

they do not notice that there is a business burglar-cam recording their

every move through a chain link fence. The two most vicious cops take

up station at both sides of the kid's head, which they savagely kick with

their big, black boots. Over and over they slam the kid's head, landing

a minimum of 6 devastating blows each.

Instead of doing their usual job of kneeling on the kid's head,

wrenching his arms back and hog-tying him with their metal torture devices,

two other cops line up on both sides and begin kicking the kid in his ribs..

These cops also land at least 6 kicks each.

Two more cops, apparently jealous at lacking good targets for their

rage, improvise. They also ignore the surrender and their job of attaching

shackles. Instead, and incredibly, they grab the kid's legs, flip him

over, then pull his legs apart so that one particularly vicious, sadistic

cop can rain blows into the kid's testicles with his fist: This very

scurrilous cop roboticly bashes the kid's crotch at least 5 times before

the corporate censor abruptly cuts the tape off. Clearly these sick cops

are in mid frenzy and continue on with their insane rage for many more

seconds. Possibly the arrival of the dog cops makes the incident too

outrageous to let the public see.

CNN showed this inexcusable behavior twice before changing the tape.

probably in response to irate calls from cops and other gov't officials

wishing to protect the public's erroneous perception of cops as cartoon-

like depictions of 'good guys'.

In response to these demands, CNN obediently cut out the part showing

cops number 5 and 6 spreading the Negro's legs and fist-hammering his nuts.

The next day, CNN reveals to an interested public that a lawyer has ..

stepped in between the cops' victim and the TV cameras, ostensibly to

protect the kid from having his pain and injuries minimized by clever media

editing. In this, the lawyer fails miserably. The pro-gov't media did

manage to obtain footage of the victim in an interview. Then they aired

only the part where he agrees with them that he is (now; 13 months later)

...all right." Soon as this sentence is uttered, the camera shuts off

and the anonymous narrator prattles on, repeating that the victim is "all

right" and doing well, despite being well known by cops as a young, per-

sistent criminal of some undisclosed type.

Plainly, the media minimized the crimes of the gov't employees, while

it attempts to maximize the crimes of citizens.

How well are citizens served by gov'ts that encourage police to run

amok by refusing to punish them when they are caught on tape committing

torture and other atrocities? These cops are let to remain anonymous and

able to victimize other citizens, and they are said to have been legally

accused of misdemeanor assault. An ordinary citizen, caught in the same

acts, gets convicted of multiple counts of felony assault or more.

In a fair, just society, public servants who use their privileged

gov't jobs to exploit the public, or indulge their passion for violence,

are punished more for going rogue, not less. U.S. gov't civics books pay

lip service to this principle, though American gov't does not.

Perhaps this is why American citizens are so gullible in this area.
