FALLACY OF COMPETENT GOVERNMENT

I see all these tattoo'd-up children in mobs, trying to be their own father figures and I realize that they have gone tribal. The politicians and their cops have let them escape school, and let their fathers escape responsibility for their children.

This need not be. Scientists have given politicians and their cops the ability to track DNA through families. Cops have already collected most of the DNA needed to connect the fathers with their children. It is time to make fathers responsible for their children, and govt responsible for education.

So, why don't we? Because our arrogant, incompetent politicians make easy tax-profits off their prisons, while they get nothing but headaches from teacher's unions. Cops love the high crime rate that this policy of neglect creates--it's job security for them, and it is job expansion for their children. The prison guard unions love it too, for the same reasons--job security for them and jobs as guards for their kids.

The politicians especially love it. They get fat kickbacks off prison construction, plus their usual bureaucratic skim off taxpayer billions passing through their hands. Bureaucracies routinely consume at least one-third of all the money they administer.

Also, politicians have corporations climbing over each other to bribe them for the privilege of building for-profit prisons.

These profit-gouging prison corporations are especially lucrative for several reasons. First, they pay dirt-wages to women and minorities to staff them. They think that they are rich because it is the highest-paying, lowest-work job they have ever had. The cage-corporations get to rape the state taxpayers again with subsidies to let church groups in to teach faith-based rehabilitation programs. These cage-corporations get more taxcash from the state and federal politicians to force captives to take phony rehabilitation programs like 'Thinking for a Change', 'Cognative Behavior', 'Run and Tell it' (inmate name for 'Revised Behavior Training'), 'GED', 'Interpersonal Relations Behavioral Training' and many more. The only ones that have more than a passing value are the GED and vo-tech (where available) and these are low-graded to fit the underachieving student clientele. The faith-based ones try to teach ethics to people who have long ago formed their ethics and are now engaged in how to conceal the fact that they have no ethics while appearing as if they do long enough to obtain a situation where they can profit from persons who trust too freely.  (See: "Bred for Crime...") The psychological programs are bald attempts at behavior modification , simplistic and stretched to waste eight weeks on what would have been vastly more effective at a much younger age.

The cage corporations also profit mightily from the monopoly that they are given on everything that they can force their victims to buy. The food is about ten variations stretched into a four week rotation that never changes except to slowly lower in quality. Meat that used to be recognizable as half of a chicken's butt gradually changes to a breaded chicken puck with less and less meat replaced by more and more cartilage, fat, skin and ground bone meal. No pork at all is allowed because the tiny number of Muslims refuse to eat it or anything that has been near it. Prison crats keep the myth of pork alive by grinding up bird scraps and calling them turkey 'ham'. The 'beef' is ground up scraps that gradually degrade, like the chicken, into low-quality baloney. Cheese is also too expensive to waste on captives--only a smear is served very rarely, watered down and thickened with cornstarch, then wetted onto pasta occasionally. Vegetables are the worst quality too: captives get only potatoes, carrots, green beans, lettuce and cabbage, and they are full of stems, tops, eyes and rotten spots. Sometimes, in profit prisons only, microscopic amounts of broccoli are added to 'salad', which, in state prisons, is lettuce only. Beans, pasta, flour, rice and grease round out the prison diet. This forces captives to buy food from the administrators, at sky-high prices, with a large portion going to support the guards in something called, variously, an 'Inmate welfare and recreation fund.’ (It pays for basketballs, and is why we have to pay $250 for a $50 television.)

Prisoncrats nationwide just last year stole all the salt and pepper out of the food and off the dining tables, finding that they can sell it to captives, like crack to addicts, for $45/lb and $135/lb, respectively. These merchant-kings sell a 15 cent pack of pasta with a powdered flavor packet for 50 cents plus tax. Captives stupidly pay a four times retail price because there is no alternative: boycotting is unheard of. Everything that the corporations sell, from underwear to candy bars, is double or triple retail, and no amount of complaining to the govt has made the politicians enforce their own anti-price gouging laws. Why? Because the politicians get a fat cut of all the lucre that their corporate thugs can extort and exploit from these hated captives, their embarrassed, often uncaring families, and the tax herd in general. Criminal-ranching makes their secret bank accounts burst with gold: Prisons are the politicians' biggest, fastest, easiest revenue stream behind selling weapons and 'fighting' (harvesting) their drug 'war'. They make the laws that lasso-in ever larger numbers of citizens. They make laws that force their captives to pay heavily in fines, labor and asset-theft by authorities. The politicians' lesser brothers, the lawyers, sell hope, which strips the families of' their savings, assets, homes, land and other valuables.

All this and more accrues to the privileged classes simply because little Johnnie smoked some dope and stole something when he should have been in school getting paddled. Now he's in prison school instead, and the politicians get voted back into office by the cop, guard military, lawyer, merchant, govcrat, church, media , etc, communities, who all profit mightily from this inane policy of 'let the children run amok until they are old enough for us to lock them in cages'.

So; why aren't mothers with problem children standing up, like MADD and NOW did, and forcing our worthless politicians to work intelligently with them? Fathers need to be found and made to act like fathers, and pay like fathers. Kids need to be taught ethics before their lack of ethics gets them caged. Rehabilitation is largely a myth. What is mistaken for rehabilitation is an increase in cunning. Prison teaches these kids how to be politicians. They learn to talk fast, grin sincerely, dodge questions, cover their tracks, lie convincingly, create trust with words, shift blame, feign piety, conceal their psychopathy, twist logic, invent fantasy scenarios and pass them off as reality, connive unwarranted boons, take credit, hide their antics and camouflage themselves with righteousness.

We do not need this. We know it does not work for society as a whole. We need to copy a system that DOES work, such as the Israeli kibbutz. Instead of fencing fatherless children into drug-infested ghettos with their aunts, as we do here in America, the Israelis put children and families in mutually supportive communes that focus on learning, self-reliance and future planning. They put schools where we put slave compounds and ball courts. The entire civilized world outclasses us in this.

So; how do we make politicians work FOR the common good rather than their own enrichment? We unite, confer, organize, write and vote. We outnumber the elite, privileged classes at least two to one, but they win because they can ignore us in our apathy.

They have de developed slogans to increase our sense of powerlessness, such as, 'You can't beat city hall'. Fact is, govt is helpless against an active citizenry.
