GOV-BIZ MEGALOOTING, AGAIN!

            Prosecuting attornies and judges can 3-strike a pizza-thief into prison for life, and be back drinking at the country club by three. So, why won't they nail corporate megalooters months after thousands of ripoffees identify the crooks and demand their money back? They're in cahoots, that's why. These millionaire law peddlers, judges and prosecutors are using common street criminal tactics to make sure that their corporate cronies escape to spend all the cash. The thieves sneak in, steal all the pension money, rob all the investors and shove the loot out the back to a fleet of lawyers who make sure the coast is clear. Soon as the investors notice the theft, and raise the alarm, more lawyers step in and spread confusion to help their pals elude pursuit and make sure the trail gets cold., The money and the thieves get farther away and better concealed as judges, prosecutors and legislators scratch their heads and mumble the pretense of inability to find any law that covers megatheft.Gov-biz megathefts are not new, which is why we have plenty of statutes of limitations cutting off pursuit. After three years, the judge waves the checkered flag and the thieves win. Twenty years ago Ronald Reagan was about to get caught paying off his election favors with inside information on which stocks would leap or crash due to his manipulation of gov't buying, etc. To dodge pursuit, he intructed his interior secretary, James Watt, to say, "The Beach Boys suck!" Instantly the news peddlers riveted public attention onto this "controversy," allowing Reagan and his cronies to escape to perpetrate the biggest megatheft ever: the Savings and Loan deregulation that caused 500 billion dollars to vanish into insider pockets.

Now the insider-class is much more bold due to decades of nonpunishment.

They simply pass laws that exempt themselves from the law and pass out immunity to their privileged pals. This is why 68% of congress was on the Enron payroll when they gangraped California. This is why we of the taxherd will be forced to pay for this party too.

     If pizza thieves wrote the laws, they'd be jam-packed with loopholes for pizza thieves to dive through. Since Slicklipped Lawyers write the laws, and they’re all addicted to corporate cash, lawyers write the loopholes, immunities and limits to

prosecutions.

     The best way to stop this never ending, repeating taxherd screwjob is to outlaw it ourselves with the People's Initiative Petition. We use this Constitutional empowerment to outlaw immunity to law and time limits to prosecution. This will bring our privileged classes to heel. Then we give ourselves direct democracy through electronic voting. This way we can immediately go around our elected crooks instead of being roadblocked by their endless demagogery. We can fix gov't and keep most of the wealth they tax away and waste. ^-Just think of how rich we would all be if we finally stopped the gluttons of privilege from bleeding us white!
