Health Care, Part One


Persons who are branded "criminal" by the state are not going to get much health care. As I make clear in the political cartoon on my netsite, the law specifies that no captive need be privileged to receive any health care, with one exception; a medic determines that his condition is "life threatening." An example of this is when a prison doctor told me, "I didn't have to let you see your kidney stone; you have two kidneys, after all."

The law does not specify that captives are even privileged to have good or competent health care, which explains why prisons employ so many medical professionals who are alcoholics, drug addicts, incompetents and mal-practitioners. Prisons are magnets for such persons, who are otherwise unemployable despite the licenses they have somehow obtained from the state. E.g., a physician's assistant showed his determination to avoid treating my sprained ankle when he diagnosed my xray by holding it safe from my prying eyes in his lap, below table level. This same P.A. had no treatment for chiggers, despite a daily weed gang of 270 captives, and claimed to have never heard of any treatment for them, saying, "once chiggers burrow under the skin, they die." Prison employment both anoints and creates sociopaths.

Captives suffer more than mere routine incompetent health care or lazy, stealthy refusal of proper treatment from misanthropes employed within prisons. The prison health care nightmare extends to some or all of the outside health care facilities that are forced to treat captives brought to them in chains by guards or to ps.

Oklahoma is famous for deputies ignoring proper paperwork and simply locking their victims to the electric gate of our central hospital when refused entrance. Vicious deputies were able to pull this atrocious crime twice that we know of before publicity shamed them into - what? Not getting caught at it again for a few years? Police crimes have a way of vanishing from the commercial media soon as they are publicized. Captives must be alert to every possible dirty trick. Crimes against us are almost never publicized, and prosecuted even less. The American media's largest source of revenue is selling lurid anti crime hysteria. This non-stop propaganda machine pumps out fear and loathing so efficiently that women and old people are constantly terrorized into demanding ever more cops and goodies for cops, which they think will protect them. Knee-jerk hatred for criminals is so pervasive that a catscan technician tried to kill me with radiation to my brain. (See "Malpractice as a Goal" on www.jamesbauhaus.org)

So what can we of the branded class do to avoid premature death from prison employees and gullible health cue professionals? Mainly, we can avoid them altogether by providing for our own health care. E.g. have an infection but can't get antibiotics? Can't wait a week for the nurse's aid to get around to you? Acids sometimes can be used to kill bacteria that are eating your skin due to forced filthy conditions. These include an aspirin paste, circus juice, vinegar, (in Italian salad dressing) even the carbonic or phosphoric acids in soft drinks. If the prison cops notice this unexpected utility you gain from these substances and "unauthorize" them, there are alkali substances that kill bacteria too, such as coffee. Acid tastes sour; alkali tastes bitter. One alkali the cops can't take from you is urine. I hope you're never so hated that the lockup you suffer forces you to use urine on your infections, but it's better than losing a toe, or a foot or your life, isn't it? Simple salt helps too. Here is where Christians misinterpreted their bibles. Some think beggars put salt in their wounds to make them look more horrible for easier begging. Others vend the fable that citizens revenged themselves against criminals by putting salt in their wounds. Actually salt makes wounds uninhabitable for bacteria. Don't go nuts with chemicals. Too much can damage your own cells. Apply them as you would alcohol or peroxide. Wash it in, wash it out, keep it dean, watch to see if pus forms. Keep clanging the bars until help arrives. Don't let the medics dupe you with their common line, "That's not an infection; that's a bug bite." They do this to conceal squalid conditions in their lockups. Your flesh can get worse or heal on its own without timely first aid, but cleaning supplies are costly, can be used as weapons in the minds of the dread and fear-filled; thus they must be hoarded rather than used.

The best health care obtainable in captivity is preventative health care that we provide ourselves. This means dodging the worst of the prison "food" and keeping up on exercise. Lifting weights is not as good as aerobics. Bloating up with muscle is prudent for people whose lifestyle tends to get them stabbed to death, but fear-lifting can blow out your heart or blood vessels as effectively as it will protect you from a sneak attack from one of your victims. Heart and circulatory problems, along with cancer, are the primary causes of death in captivity. The major cause of both these maladies is noxious or excess prison food. Eat as little as possible to live the longest. The less you eat and the harder your exercise your heart, the cleaner your arteries will be and the more stem cells you will have, ready to regenerate your tissues. You'll need stem cells to repair your brain and bladder if you drink the bulk "kool-aide" served in prisons as substitutes for fruit, since these chemical cocktails of ten cause brain and bladder cancers. Captives, who are denied sunlight need to somehow obtain extra vitamin D to maintain health. Denial of sunlight needs to be a come, since mere addition of artificial vitamin D does nothing to lower cholesterol. (Natural vitamin D occurs when ultraviolet light converts cholesterol in the skin into this vitamin. It is unknown what other beneficial natural processes captives are cheated of, but a gauge of the detriment can be the fact that captive elephants live only half as long as wild ones.)

Crook-chow is full of chemicals too. Much of it, like dog chow, is fortified with extra B' vitamins. But dog chow may be healthier, as it does not contain the botulism-killing,          shelf-life-prolonging,  cancer causing chemical, sodium nitrite. Ground and blended scrap "meats" that require little or no refrigeration use this poison to prevent bacterial growth. In the 70s, when university scientists proved it caused cancer, the meat packing industry simply bought the privilege of writing its own legislation. The politicians passed the law permitting this industry to continue using its long shelf-life poison by simply adding an anti-oxidant vitamin c.

This vitamin, ascorbic acid, slightly reduces the likelihood of death by cancer, but recent university of Hawaii studies (2009) reveal the long-term death rate from sodium nitrites and related chemicals to be vastly higher than previously suppressed information indicated. (Recall how the tobacco industry managed to buy politicians and trick gullible persons with phony science for over 80 years and still sells premature death while we are forced to wear seat belts and helmets.)

If the cyclamate industry had decided to buy politicians instead of more research and development, we would all have brain and bladder cancers instead of several other choices in artificial sweeteners. Obviously fewer chemicals is the better choice. Since crook chow and even real food is chock-full of chemicals, the best preventive health care possible is to minimize our exposure to them by eating as little as possible. Much as I loathe to point this out, the cockroaches, crickets and bedbugs are a healthier meal than the crook chow you are served or the junk food you are allowed to purchase at high cost from the cop's canteen. These poison merchants get rich because the human body is a miracle machine honed by millions of years of evolution to survive the worst insults and shocks the environment can provide. Even so, this is poor practice for what greedy men will do to make a fast buck. Stay lean and hungry to win. Good luck to you!

 

Health Care, Part 2

 

Long-term survival in prison largely depends on detecting and avoiding toxins in your feed. One of the worst things about being victimized by prisoncrats is having to eat the "food" they provide. The federal prison masters, and in some cases, the corporate prison profiteers, have learned that their prisons bum down or get destroyed less when the food is edible. Prison purchasing agents, always alert for cost-cutting opportunities, actively collude together with sellers to obtain the lowest possible quality food. Buyer, insist upon the most food for the least money. Sellers abhor ever throwing away any food that has been returned, damaged, spoiled, declared condemned or has been found to be too dirty, rotted, poisonous, infested or infected. A common trick with food, particularly "meats," is to adulterate it with fillers, such as soy, oatmeal or bran, to stretch it. The Chinese recently illustrated the extreme form of this profit seeking behavior by adding a chemical that tricks a protein assay test to indicate that the test substance has more "meat' in it that was actually present. Result? Thousands of dead pets in America. Another Chinese was caught boiling the indigestible fats out of human feces to make a buck selling it as cooking oil. A thud incident involved poisoning baby formula. The Chinese are about a century behind American, in the food-stretching business. People wishing to learn more should read "The Asphalt Jungle" by Upton Sinclair, which forced the U.S. politicians to create the food and drug police (FDA). Poisonous food is often blended with other foods to dilute its toxicity. Animal products are often condemned by meat inspectors because sick or diseased animals are always being put into the food supply. Swine are fed arsenic-laced feed to kill off their worms before processing. (I gutted hundreds of hogs in McAlester's prison butchery, and found at least 20% of the Hogs have live worms, and many of the cattle have atherosclerotic plaques in the vessels of their livers.) Ranchers are supposed to return hogs to non-poisonous feed for six weeks prior to slaughter to give time for the arsenic to be eliminated from the meat. Our federal inspector had no arsenic detecting kit, so there is no telling how scrupulous the ranchers are in following proper practice. Since most government criminal-ranching operations have food-ranching operation, run by unscrupulous captives, supervised by unscrupulous or hate-filled or uncaring guards, it is very common for infested, infected and poisonous meat to be served to captives. In Oklahoma's abattoir, the safe, clean, valuable cuts are sold to state lodges, state hospitals and other institutions. The scraps and tainted meats are ground up, glued together or breaded for feeding to die hard criminals. Our McAlester Baloney factory is notorious for this. As for the prison kitchen, I've had guards try to make me grind up spoiled, fungus-infected bacon butts and add the crap to perfectly healthy scrambled eggs for 2200 captives. Another pack of guards tried to make me serve 80 gallons of syrup that had accidentally been contaminated with an ounce or two of disinfectant. (Some genius had used a discarded syrup jug to hold disinfectant without even tearing the label off.) Another time, hominy prison deadheads and cost savers poisoned 900 victims by adding more to leftover rice-vegetable soup until it virtually exploded with salmonella bacteria. They were unable to cover it up this time because visitors and guards were among the poisoned, but they were able to publish a be about it in the state-steered media, claiming "inmate sabotage!" Two weeks later, the Okie health department issued their salmonella finding. Only the local Hominy paper published this. Neither of the state's party newspapers printed a correction, and the TV and radio stations ignored the fact entirely. The "Fix" is that now visitors are not permitted to eat inmate food, and guards were given their own kitchen and dining facilities that prepare food unconnected to the captives' food stream. Getting away with such food crimes over and over finally caused a riot that destroyed their $90 million prison in 1983, only five years after It was built. Amazingly, after they removed the captives, the Okie National Guard, highway cops and local cops riddled the place with bullets in an orgy of vandalism. This state-of-the-art facility was a see-through prison, made mostly of thick sheets of superduty glass and plastic resin laminate. The stuff was so tough that I watched a negro work for a solid hour smashing a guard cage with a foot-diameter rock before he was able to get to the terrified woman inside. The national guard and cops must have really enjoyed testing this glass too. Proof of this still exists in the bullet-dented steam pipes, chipped concrete and shattered glass in the flower beds.

Another food hazard that captives must dodge is sodium nitrite. This is a cancer causing poison added to all scrap meats to prolong their shelf life. It kills botulism bacteria. Years ago, when they found it also causes digestive-system cancers, food corporations were told to add ascorbic acid (vitamin C), an antioxidant that slows the minor generating process. In 2009, new science calculated that consuming one ounce per week of processed "meat" increases one's risk of cancer 15 or 25 percent! (I forgot the exact number, but it is outrageously high. See: www.jamesbauhaus.org/OKHealth.htm, www.jamesbauhaus.org/prisonfood.htm,, or www.jamesbauhaus.org/deathcamp.htm, for the correct number). Reportage of this newest study was minimal, and outrage from intelligent citizens was suppressed. Cancer causes 15% of all prisoner deaths America. (See: "Medical Causes of Death in State Prisons... 2001-2004" Jan, 2007, NCJ 216340, Bureau of Justice Statistics.) Even free citizens are still not safe from the meat packing industry. Authority is able to get away with causing or allowing this high rate of cancer because the lawyer industry is able to pettifog over the cause, since it takes 5 to 20 years of exposure before rumors are detectable or death becomes imminent. This slow death gives the gov/Biz/media alliance plenty of ways to dodge accountability and muddy the cause.

These factors make it vital for captives to attack the problem ourselves. The most effective way to do this is with a menu and knowledge. Captives who wish to remain healthy must keep track of what they ate and realize that it normally takes 24 hours for food to wind its way through the body. You have about 31 feet of intestines, and they push food through at less than four inches/minute. When bad food makes you puke, it is food that you have eaten less than three hours previously. Usually this is salmonella poisoning. When bad food gives you diarrhea, your bowels sometimes move faster to get rid of it. This helps prevent absorption of the toxins. Look backward on the menu to food you ate 24 hours ago. Be particularly suspicious of raw plant foods, then suspect ground-up, gravy-covered scrap-meats as the toxic products causing sickness. Plants get sprayed with animal feces as fertilizer, and chemical poisons to keep away insects and other plants. (Military nerve poisons came from insect poisons.) Since prison "meats" are the most costly food items, they are the most likely to be tainted and of lowest quality. These meats are made from the offal cut from hundreds of animals and mashed up together. Meat that is condemned by one inspector is often shipped across a political boundary and sneaked into the diets of captives. Prison food is barely a step above animal feed because deaths, sickness and complaints have very little chance of exposing the problem to outsiders, who are more likely to cheer than care. Ask other captives if prison food has made them sick, and which item they suspect as the cause. Do not give them hints of what you suspect, or they will often simply parrot back your own hypothesis. Once you have the toxic food uncovered, never eat it again. Most prison menus repeat at 3-4 week intervals, so you will see it again and again. When no one complains, they serve more of it. When it gets thrown on the walls and ceilings, they serve less of it. It is all about cost; also publicity. Even though the public is trained by media to reflexively, passionately despise persons branded "criminal" by the state, the state- and profit-prison managers still fear being ousted for their food crimes. Hunger strikes and mass protests do work, they just require a lot of time, effort and intelligence. Complain through their phony, excusatory grievance system, and simultaneously go above it and outside. The cure organization, can be effective. Any of your family members or friends who vote can be effective, especially near election times. Target politicians seeking election far ahead of time. Politicians keep careful record, on who votes. The corporate media is usually just another extension of the state and merchant community-, and thus quite worthless for securing rights or fair treatment. The net has taken over the watchdog function that reporters still claim, as the net is largely free of state or corporate control and censoring from editors. Political cartoons hit had, and are a powerful, age-old tool for forcing politicians to get right. Humor and satire can be very effective, particularly considering the number of great artists in prison and the creativity derived from daily hush oppression.

As far as minimizing the harm until you can get poisonous foods or practices removed, avoid all scrap meats or minimize exposure to them by eating half or less at each meal. Take solace in the fact that being hungry all the time tends to extend your life by 20-25 percent (Look up "calorie restricted diet") This is real science, not the usual weight loss hucksterism found in infomercials. Smell of everything before eating it, and never eat my prison chow without carefully scrutinizing it first.

Prison profiteers and cost cutters are never going to stop putting substandard, diseased, toxic or tainted foods in your diet Your life and longevity depend on your consistent vigilance and continuing efforts to detect and minimize their food and health crimes. If you ever get complacent, just take a job in one of the prison clinics. This is where they conceal all their captives who are dying of food-induced cancers. Look at the bloated bodies as these baloney hogs tell you of their ulcers, stomach cancers and how many feet of diseased intestines doctors had to chop out of them. Check out the plastic bags that they wear that serve as toilet and urinal. They used to scamper across the mess hall, searching and asking, "Hey! Buddy! You throwing that away? Give it here!" Now they only eat baby food and oatmeal, with no hot sauce, no pepper and no salt. They lay in bed all day watching soap opera, while waiting to die.
