Dear Sir or Ms,

For five years (1999-2003) I complained to the Civil Rights Division of the Department of Justice about shower torture at Oklahoma State Penitentiary, and got nothing but unsigned form letters back, claiming that I had not shown "a pattern of abuse". (See: www.jamesbauhaus.org

Now, John Grisham's new book, "The Innocent Man" also details this exact, same shower torture was perpetrated on his witnesses (p. 193) eleven years earlier than when I found it! Obviously a 19 year long torture spree such as this constitutes a very easy to see "pattern of abuse". Yet the US DOJ still refuses to address this problem. They merely send unsigned form letters claiming that we have still not shown them a "pattern of abuse".

So, how about you guys? Are you willing to try and help us fix a torture perpetrated by lazy guards at OSP-McAlester's "F"cellhouse that has been operating steadily for almost 20 known years?
