Dear Sir or Ms,

I am fully as patriotic as anyone else despite my being lied into a life sentence by unscrupulous persons and publicly complaining about it constantly. (jamesbauhaus.org)

As a patriot trying to exit undeserved prison, I propose letting me set up prison programs whereby other captives and I may be incentivised to learn Arabic, Farsi and other strategic languages to "force multiply", same as officials are attempting with controversial school-kid programs.

America's millions of captives waste billions of man-hours needlessly and would gladly do this for practically nothing, such as palatable food, sun-time, phone time, less restrictive family time or other cheap forms of humane treatment. Such a program is unlikely to compete with citizen employment, and would greatly facilitate translation and interpretation of the tons of foreign intelligence gathered by Homeland and Intelligence forces nationwide.

Captives need ways to prove we deserve consideration. Muslim organizations themselves will supply materials to captives wishing to learn their languages. This plan is much more cost effective than others for sheer bulk translation, etc.

With almost 40 years of experience dealing with captives and education, I could set these programs up and get them sustaining themselves very quickly.

I hope you will see the utility of employing us for this important work.

                                                                                    Sincerely,

                                                                                    James Bauhaus
