HOW LAWYERS KILL LITTLE GIRLS

7-3-08: On CNN today they are vending several for-profit story lines: the most odious of which is of a young girl's corpse being found. Now anonymous police are having their media tools spread as fact their theory that the girl's uncle decided to kill her because of his having "introduced her into a sex ring of adults". "Journalists" and their editors are delighted to have such lurid tales to sell and spread to eager-believers.

It is cases like these where sane, logical persons who do not profit from crime scare-mongering miss our chance to remove some of the hysterical bleating from all sides and force some cool, rational thought that will save the lives of many future young girls.

We see this exact, same scenario repeat and repeat! yet we are seemingly powerless to slow or stop these trainwrecks. They are started through the authorities' and media's use of emotion, and swiftly become an irresistible force. Any thinking person who attempts to speak logic to power, or turn the tragedy into a learning experience is immediately shouted down by persons insisting upon revenge-driven law. The process runs thus: the cops are presented with a tragedy; often a corpse. Cops are crime-fact monopolists, jealously preventing important facts from escaping. There is no independent truth- or accuracy check on cops. They hold the facts hostage until they have worked out in detail exactly the story that they and the prosecutor wish to put forth. The prosecutor is the spider who steers this conviction-carnival, and he dictates what his cops parrot to the corporate "journalists" to feed to the juror pool. He and his cops are privileged to impose their carefully selected construction of events and pretend it is reality. He and his cops reserve for themselves the privilege to lie and connive in any way possible to create their version of reality, , yet he believed in even more, further lies, or the truth, even after being caught in n previous lies. They use simple psychological rules, statistical clues and stored police records on individuals to create their own set of "facts" to point at their closest, most easily convictable target. Often they do let the facts drag them to the guilty, but, in a minimum of 7-15% of trials, they let the culprit escape and instead drag off the innocent. Guilty is better, but they really couldn't care less who they convict. Cops are extremely well protected by every side, no matter how scurrilous, unethical, dishonest or corrupt the are later found to be.

In fact, the way the politicians, judges, prosecutors, lawyers, media and upper-ranking public mindlessly shield them from the law is one of the main reasons that the majority of them become corrupt. Police and prosecutors have more types of immunities to the law than most people have shirts. It is almost impossible for them to even get caught in their crimes, even less chance that they will yet prosecuted, a far smaller chance that they will get convicted, and only the tiniest chance that any will suffer the slightest real punishment. Nifong, Fuhrman, Van Adder, Coon and his crew; along with Ruby Ridge, the Waco massacre, the police bombing of the MOVE shoplifters among others, are irrefutable proof of this. It is plain to all. who possess eyes and rational thought processes that quality control on police and prosecutors is effectively zero; less than zero since superprotection from the law equals encouragement to commit crime.

This being so, it is past time to force some cost-benefit evaluation/analysis upon the run-amok cop/lawcratestablishment. We do this by answering the question: Why did the anonymous cop decide that Uncle Pervert killed the little girl for "introducing her to an adult sex ring"? This cop-speak translates into, at most, a minor crime of "contributing to the delinquency of a minor". The cop's math simply does not add up to murder. The science of statistical analysis, in its bell-shaped curve, shows us that only an extremely small fraction of the population is insane enough to kill for such a supposed "reason" as this cop proports. The numbers tell us that we have far too many little girls' corpses and far too few psychopathic killers to account for them. Obviously something is hidden, much like the identity of the cop who is vending this tale to us, (for his success in obtaining conviction of his target.)

A clue to some of what is missing resides in the many exploitive TV shows created to profit from this phenomenon, such as "To Bait a Predator". Basically they just copied the 18,000 plus police internet baiting operations. These cops and media opportunists simply toss some irresistible bait, such as the promise of hot sex with eager young girls, then haul in the catch. They could target politicians, bureaucrats and authority figures the same way, and likewise create a never-ending stream of criminals for public, nationwide humiliation and prosecution, but govt does not allow media opportunists to so attack its officials. Since ABSCAM targeted congress, even the FBI is secretly prohibited from baiting politicians. Baiting operations are simply too successful in embarrassing officials and in creating crime where there was none before to let this tactic he used on the elite. Our self-muzzling media corporations have never had the courage to bite the govt hands that feed them, thus it is inevitable that their profit-seeking zeal fall to exploiting the most hated group of easy targets that they can create.

The thing about their sex-baiting broadcasts is not just that they create thought crime, but causes many suicides too. (Recently a U.S. Assistant Attorney General got caught and killed himself very quickly, or was murdered in his cage, so as not to besmirch his legal profession.) Public humiliation is a powerful incentive for people to murder themselves, and easy to do when the cops can't get you stripped of every possession and locked away in an empty, toilet-sized cage with no one looking. People often can purchase temporary freedom while awaiting trial on minor crimes. Almost all the crime resulting from cop and/or Media sex-baiting operations are minor crimes, usually involving nothing more than police-sent computer porn and typed messages of desire. Now, from a position of knowledge, it is easy to see the problem; excessive sentences for minor crimes. Too long have politicians and others used short-sighted, mindlessly rabid attacks on crime as their primary means of obtaining and keeping lucrative, perkpacked, privilege-laden political office. Judge/prosecutor teams chase this anti-crime ambulance too. Behind them is the corporate media, likewise racing to spread hysterical anti-crime terror among the gullible voting herd. These three sections of society who get rich and powerful by vending terror of crime to citizens are joined by a fourth, cops, who form yet another vast, unchecked, powerful lobby, propaganda machine and vote-section that profits directly from crime. All four of these entities depend on crime for their luxurious lifestyles, and prey directly upon citizens' crime fears. Also, they only have one "answer" to all crime: longer sentences in worse prisons.

The intelligent approach to crime is a cost-benefit analysis by scientists, protected by a lockout of all politician/judge/prosecutor/cop/media anecdote, folklore and emotionalism. What is good for getting and keeping fat govt jobs and more pay is very ineffective at minimizing crime. Criminology should be treated as the near-sciences of economics, game theory and psychology. Even without numbers, economics can tell us when excessive demand causes supply to diminish. In crime statistics, which are highly manipulated by those who depend on crime for profit, motivation for revenge is virtually infinite. What crime-profiteers desperately do not want anyone to deduce and apply to them is the fact that excessive sentences cause more, worse crime in order to avoid the excessive sentence. This is how the cop/lawyer/legislator/media community convert minor sex crimes into extra murders. The way to prevent this process is to assign staticians, much like insurance companies use actuarials, to crunch the numbers to find the place where further sanctions against crime defeat the purpose by causing MORE crime instead of less.

What passes for "modern" jurisprudence today has nothing of these sciences, only the professional opinions of rhetoric-artists. Whether from insular college professor or hardened judge, these opinions are still largely nothing but rhetoric, regardless of education or experience, because they are not organized, standardized sciences such as economics, game theory or psychology. They are more like anecdote, folklore and apocrypha. Until science is forced into the fields of legislation and jurisprudence, these professions will continue to create more crime as they try to discourage it. (Or pretend to try to discourage it!)
