LYING PROSECUTOR CAUGHT

 A lot of courtroom bureaucrats and other, similar overprivileged elites who cannot abide my site commonly retaliate against me and cry particularly about my disclosure of the fact that the judges and prosecutors work as a team to obtain conviction. I. e. their 'adversary' system is a total fraud. (judges are NOT referees and defense lawyers are NOT adversaries of the judge/prosecutor team that signs-their checks and allows them into their 'bar' association so that they may 'practice' law.) More proof of this recently surfaced in a very amusing manner that is not well explained by the commercial, for-profit media corporations. I speak of the decades-old attack on movie director Roman Polanski. Somewhere he found a 13 year old girl who wanted to be a star. He wanted sex, the cops claim they shared unspecified 'drugs' and probably alcohol. Rape was called by the cops, Mom and victim. The rich guy paid a pack of lawyers to make a sweetheart deal with the prosecutor. In the midst of this prolonged feeding frenzy the lawcrats let Polanski go to Germany to make more money for them to extort from him. While he was there, some media stalker snapped a picture of him drinking in a beergarten flanked by two women claimed to be too young. This picture was delivered to the judge, whose head promptly exploded with rage. Word reached Polanski that the judge planned to renege on the plea 'bargain' he'd been paying off for months and months. Polanski dodged the treachery by moving out of the judge's reach to a more civilized country with less insane punishments for moral 'crimes'. Years later, the judge died and it was said of him that he had been an arrogant attention craver who funneled Hollywood cases to his own courtroom. The prosecutor eventually moved on to other prey, forgot about Polanski and retired, but not before flagging Polanski in the govt's computers. This action set their dogs on automatic, ever searching their ports of entry for when Polanski might show up and try to sell another movie or visit family, friends or business associates. Fortunately for Polanski, his crime was not important enough for the Los Angeles courtcrats to get the federal govt to send out kidnap teams. Even so, a mere county assistant prosecutor is able to command a legion of interpol thugs in various countries to exact his revenge on persons who refuse to put their necks on his chopping block.

Polanski kept trying to fix the lawyer problem from a safe distance, paying the victim half a million dollars for her public forgiveness, should it ever be needed. The lawyers still wanted their revenge for shorting them and escaping their claws. Eventually the Swiss sold out and kidnapped him. Now Polanski rots in a Swiss cage until the L.A. lawyers bring payment and drag him back to their California lair for some severely recalculated 'justice'.

Now the funny part. Last year or so H60 decided to portray parts of Polanski's life. They dug up the offending prosecutor, a David wells, and documented him confessing that

judge Ritteban was his puppet in regards to him bringing them both prey to feast upon. Apparently HBO showed this film, which caused the New York Times (NYT) to dig up Wells too. Wells confirmed to the NYT that he indeed was the judge's pimp for dragging in lucrative, publicity-rich cases that would elevate his and judge Ritteban's grasping careers. As is standard in all U. S. courtrooms, the defense lawyer/prosecutor team shakes down their targets with plea 'bargains' and the judge simply rubberstamps his approval on them, Prosecutors force secrecy upon their targets with threats of worse punishment. This protects him and especially the judge, providing him plausible deniability should he get caught taking his cut under the table. Targets agree because they have money to burn, money is nothing compared to freedom, and because none of the privileged elite want to queer the system for the next time they may need to hire a pack of lawyers to purchase a judge/DA team for exiting punishment that would take the entire life of any ordinary person.

Then the Swiss trap sprang shut on Polanski. The news-stalkers have now spent over a week on this, gathering publicity-hungry celebrities to yip-yap their "We hate Polanski!" views in round table discussions. (It's 10-3-09) Now their polls tell them that interest is flagging. The cries for substance over opinion have driven the news-sellers to surround Wells and force comment from him. Wells tried to do the DA thing and simply issue a statement, then escape. He is not a heavily police-protected Ass. DA anymore, so this time the stalkeratzi parroted his words, but would not leave- Wells hid in his mansion for a few more days, then chose a deal with CNN as a way to get his privacy back. (Powerful people who sell influence in shady surroundings for their living need privacy more than honest people like you or I.) He agreed to suffer a short interview by Wolf Blitzer in which he would re-state his story and hopefully have the media dogs go barking after some other target.

Despite his lifetime of training in the arts of suckering peons into believing his words and body language, Wells did not come off well. Though Blitzer did not show the HBO footage, and gave him other easy escapes, wells looked sick and nervous. He announced that he was a liar when he told HBO that judge Ritteban was his lapdog, then pulled the standard politicians' trick; trying to run out the clock with trivial quibbling about how the producer tricked him into thinking that the film would only be shown in France, where Polanski lived. (How could anyone possibly think that HBO would ignore its primary market of 307 million customers: Also, a liar is morally challenged anyway, especially one who sucks at the public teat for the state's revenge.) Since Blitzer is not a cop, he appeared to accept this defiance of logic. The more likely hypothesis is that Mr. Retired Prosecutor is protecting his profession and pension by lying now about telling the truth twice before, since the trap laid 30 years ago unexpectedly slammed shut on their quarry.

Wells certainly does not want to be responsible for letting his target escape twice:  Wells squirmed noticeably when Blitzer asked him why he lied to HBO, and then confirmed his lie to the NYT later. His answer was more quibbling about the producer lying to him about marketing strategy. It all rang very false, especially when Blitzer thrust his last real question: "Why shouldn’t we believe you are lying now and told the truth twice before?" (Never once, during this whole farce, did anyone mention the actual CONTENT of the supposed lie. Blitzer's viewers who do not follow Hollywood celebrity nonsense were left to scratch their heads and wonder aloud, "What IS this lie they keep talking about and what DIFFERENCE does it make:)

Wells finally took the bait and mumbled about maybe taking a lie detector test, but only IF his former bosses and the lawyers' union approved it. He must have thought that this out was golden, because some of the color returned to his face when he checked Blitzer with this insincere bilge.

Blitzer may have forgotten to bring the lie, the footage of the liar and the producer, but somehow, probably after rehearsal, he DID prepare for this dodge. He announced that he had checked with Wells' former bosses and the lawyers' union, and they had said that it was fine with them if Wells took a lie detection examination. (Wells also prefaced his bilge with the standard rubric of polygraph tests not being fit as courtroom evidence.) At this, all the bluster blew out of Well's sails. They ended the interview quickly. Neither wanted any polygraph testing. Wells wanted to slink away, and Blitzer wanted to leave plenty of speculatory BS for his sidekick, "Sick" Rick Sanchez, to sling around during his mid day shows the following week.

The trick of the tabloid media is to let the story out oh-so-slowly so that even the slowest, busiest ape can keep up with the latest gossip--er, reporting. CNN stretches its 'news' the longest by making a game out of it. CNN has a cadre of busybodies who have plenty of time to waste on sending emails, text and twits. CNN rewards the most creative of these sycophants by selecting some of their verbiage for display on TV. This balderdash is called 'viewer polls' and substitutes for real journalism. Real journalists would not be asking about polygraphs, which have always been nothing but psycho-social fraud masquerading as science: Real journalists would ask for proven technology such as mentioned in my essay, "FMRI Lie Detection = Innocents' Lucky Day:" Liars have real reason to fear this, which is why no judge, prosecutor or cop wants to touch it. (DNA was a disaster for them.) We already know that cops depend upon lying to people to connive-up convictions, 7 to 15 percent of which are DNA-proven to be of innocents, ("Death Penalty Study of Columbia University"). FMRI lie detection will reveal how much judge/DA teams rely on lies for THEIR profit and advancement.

When or if any of the law industry are strapped to this mind-reading machine, there will be a multitude of knee jerk jurors knocked out of thir CSI comas to see the flagrant corruption that is the BASIS of our American Lawyers system.
