MURDER BY COP=5 to 10 YEARS, MAYBE

2-25-09: Some sneaky, greedy, vicious, corrupt drug-chaser cops finally got some of what they deserve after long careers of harassing, torturing and sometimes killing citizens- These particular power-maddened cops are Jason R. Smith, Greg Junnier and Arthur Tesler, in Atlanta, Georgia. Very few of the facts about organized copcrime ever escape into public knowledge because none of them are investigated is non-cop crimes are. What little investigation that does occur is kept secret from the public, lest we become alarmed. An alarmed populace may try to take its safety into its own hands.

If citizens of Atlanta did decide to yank the sheets off their police department personnel records, they would find that these three cops should have been fired and sent to prison long ago. Since citizen complaints against criminal cops are kept secret, and citizens know that it is useless and dangerous to complain about cops acting criminally, cops are actually encouraged to commit more, worse crimes every time that they get away with their crimes. Drug-chaser cops are the worst. They are actually looking for money to steal and assets to collect with the "forfeiture" laws that the cop-lobbies bought from eager, cop-coddling, publicity-hound politicians. This is the reason that drug-chaser cops BRING DOPE WITH THEM when gangs of them decide to attack citizens' domiciles on the word of snitches on the pretext of taking a bite out of crime. This way they ALWAYS win, no matter how cunning, or innocent, their quarry.

These three vicious cops had a hot tip from their drug snitch, who they had just used up and sent to prison. He was pleading for more leniency, and sold these three cops his last fellow drug criminal. These vicious cops sneaked up to the door, caved it in, then began screaming their lines as they duck-walked through, waving their guns, just like on TV cop-u-dramas. They found a 93 year old great-grandmother cowering in her bathroom. Her screams of terror, when they bashed in this door, scared these cops so much that they pumped 39 slugs into her. That is 13 slugs per terrified cop. Looks like they were so terrified of granny that they must have re-loaded and blasted her a few more times. This is really high-class police training at its finest, when they decide, for your safety as well as their own, to continue to pump slug after slug into a frail, ancient corpse that lies motionless and bleeding on the floor at their feet. You riddle a corpse with 39 slugs that are especially designed for cops to shred human flesh, that makes one granny who is NOT going to get up and testify about what really happened. That's three cops' words against nobody elses' word-nothing beats that! Instead of calling an ambulance, which would bring a load of cops with it, they kept quiet after perpetrating their murder and swiftly ransacking the premises for dope, dope money, or even something that they could call dope paraphernalia. Grannie's place was clean! What a cops' nightmare! To be caught with a bullet-riddled corpse of a frail grandmother, nosey neighbors calling 911 shrieking, "Shots fired!" , street cops racing to investigate and no excuse for murder! QUICK! Get the planting-dope out of the car before the streetcops get here!

That's how they got caught. Out of all the crooked cops working for the detectives' bureau and the Atlanta police, one of them that drove up to investigate got appalled, grew a conscience and inexplicably decided to break training and go honest for this case. He turned against his Brother cops!

Good for Smith, Junnier and Tesler that we have a special law system made just for cops! No Atlanta prosecutors will indict their murderous cops, but those pesky Feds Sometimes can be made to by citizen outrage. They had learned that it is better to pretend to police the cops than to take a chance that the cops' victims decide to burn out the merchants, as happened to Los Angeles when they refused to police the gang of thug cops caught on tape torturing Rodney King.

These three vicious, murdering cops, knowing that they would not really be punished, made a great legal bargain with the Feds. They would cry some crocodile tears over the woman that they'd gotten such a power-rush while riddling her with bullets, then cooperate by pleading "guilty" to a pretend-crime of "Civil Rights Violation". This gets them out of the public mind quickly, dodging the media, which is tamed anyway, and this protects the illusion that the profession of law-forcing is "self-correcting" Judges love it when these blow- ups are minim ized, concealable and "fixed" quietly, "in-house".) An anonymous judge would 'sentence" them to 5 to 10 "years", then they would sneak off and move away across a political boundary, laying low, where no one knows them. Their "sentence" will be quietly appealed and suspended. When they succeed in hiding quietly for a few months, they will get their sentences switched to "deferred" sentences. Their record as murderers---OOPS!--I mean "civil rights violators", will be wiped clean in the secrecy of an anonymous judges' chambers. Their pensions will be returned. They will be re-instated for good behavior. They will pick up their weapons and go back to working as cops in a jurisdiction where the citizens have NO IDEA what devious, greedy, sadistic scum their city politicians have hired to "protect" and "serve" them!
