MURDER BY TASER
5-23-07; Tulsa World Newspaper: Oklahoma City police, well-known among the locals for their viciousness and uncaring attitude, created a public relations nightmare for themselves that may take them nearly a week to squirm out of.
It all began with the cops' en masse attack outside the "City Rescue Mission". Their first story as to why was their standard excuse, "We got a tip about some drug dealing activity." The initial newspaper account vends the story that Milisha Thompson simply began "screaming profanities and attacked an officer" for no explained reason. The anonymous writer of the newspaper account next wishes us to believe that the attacked cop merely pushed her away rather than immediately abducting her, hogtying her and locking her inside one of the many cop's cars, as is standard police policy when cops get assaulted.
A cop, Sgt. Paco Balderrama, claims she next "ran across the street and knocked over a bystander before attacking a second officer." Then the cops admit to dogpiling her hogtying her, and tasering her until she finally stopped being "assaltive". Sgt. Balderrama goes on to mention that unnamed cops continued to fry her with tasers "in an effort to get her under control", as if hogtied head to foot and strapped into a suitcase-sized pretzel form is somehow still "out of control". Balderrama claims that cops have been injured by people who have been hog-tied, and that cops give themselves the right to fry such helpless victims with tasers until they stop screaming in pain and stop squirming or twitching uncontrolably.
The last paragraph of the anonymous "news" seller is a routine attempt to blame the tortured victim for her own death. A reporter found Ms. Thompson's husband and interrogated him while posing as a "concerned, friendly stranger who wanted to "help"". The entire interview went straight into the trash except for the reporter claiming that the husband said "she might have been having a schizophrenic episode”.
The cops need all the help they can get when caught mercilessly torturing a helpless woman in broad daylight in front of a horde of witnesses, and this is exactly what the anonymous news stalker is doing by creating a mentally disturbed woman where none exists. This is a standard media practice of character assassination to help justify cop criminals' brutal antics. Some of the actual facts didn't 't escape into the open until much later. That night, before the cops were able to rein in their media friends and deliver to them the carefully concocted police version that they wanted spread to citizens, KOTV Tulsa inadvertently spilled some facts. Their very first TV account of the incident featured a Caucasian witness whose pre-recorded tape had not first been properly screened and edited by station management for public broadcast. Unlike the usual witness picked by TV reporters, this man spoke swiftly and coherently. He described the police making the perfect, textbook "take-down", and shackling and hundcuffing, then tasering her. The camera/microphone jockey was without an experienced talking head this time, which explains how this bit of tape got on the air. Some rookie stringer sent it in late and no editing machine room flunky reviewed it before Stacy Coiffure called it up for the teleprompter she mindlessly reads from. The uncensored video was unwittingly broadcast throughout "Green Country", revealing to the ordinary citizens the appalling fact that their oh-soprofessional police force employs vicious sadists who will gleefully torture a helpless, shackled woman to death.
As soon as the censors in the broadcast control room heard the witness say the cops tasered her after having hogtied her with their shackles and chains and straps, they immediately shut off the witness' account and abruptly switched back to Stacy Coiffure, who was not quite ready to suddenly ad-lib with a few mindless inanities until the teleprompter caught up, and some innocuous tape was loaded to replace the offending tape. (Many people are unaware of what a teleprompter is and where it sets. The teleprompters are placed just above the lens of the TV cameras. They all scroll the same script, no matter which camera the news-readers are facing. This makes it appear that these talking heads are sincerely speaking to the public instead of sleep-reading a script made for them by a crew of brainiacs in a back room half an hour prior to air time. This fraud that the news is relatively spontaneous is maintained to give it an appearance of normality and humanity, and to conceal the clanking of its gears that prove it to be a totally artificial product of many scheming minds.) Stacy Coiffure stumbled a bit, then managed to return to the smooth flow of back and forth to her fellow "anchors" and reporters upon the weather, sports and selected business "news" as if nothing out of the ordinary had occurred. Only persons who pay attention and who study the vending of video propaganda noticed anything at all.
By the very next cycle of news, they had begun cleanup and damage control operations. The witness who had seen everything and tried to tell all was gone and never returned. In his place was substituted a cop who stumbled along with his story declaiming any reports on whether police did or did not shackle a woman before tasering her to death. "We simply don't know", he said, "And an investigation is already proceeding."
On the third news cycle, Police offered a deliberately defocussed surveillance tape that showed an unrecognizable blob move across the screen in what was barely recognizable as a street scene. With arrows and brightened circles, the cop/media alliance claimed to viewers that the moving blob was the woman that they'd tasered to death. The tape was supposed to show her attacking two cops and knocking down a bystander. They claimed it did, but it certainly did not in the purposefully grainified version they offered. The cops were so extremely afraid of showing recognizable images of witnesses to the public, the media and other witnesses, that they had blurrified their tape so much that it didn't even prop up their own version of events. Apparently they were depending solely on the knee-jerk copcoddler element to "see" what the cop/media alliance told them they were watching. They were to believe the words and spread the lie. The cops easily manipulate the ignorant, the gullible and the extremely biased of the citizenry this way. Their worst nightmare is open minded, alert, activist citizens who live in the area, or visit it, find witnesses, uncover what really occurred, then blog about it on the net. Cops are not now nearly so successful at simply vending bold lies with the assistance of their mass media tools and avoiding getting caught at it. Hence their extreme efforts at thwarting citizens by hiding witnesses better than ever before. Since we now routinely catch cops with video cameras in the act of being themselves, and can now cheaply conference among ourselves about their antics on the net, the cops have developed, and are developing, new, improved measures to conceal their skullduggery and prevent citizens from comparing notes.
After 25 days of intense, getting-their-stories-straight, the cops are still silent on what their investigation of themselves turned up. The caps are still (6-16-07) keeping secret all the elementary facts about their taser-happy fellows, such as how many cops there were, their names, how many minutes and seconds they spent shooting her full of 80,000 to 150,000 volts of electricity, how many sets of batteries they used up on her, and how long they stood around congratulating themselves on Police work well done before they realized she hadn't been controlled so much as murdered.
Important questions such as these need no "investigation". The answers to them are all contained in the not-yet-intentionally-blurrified street surveillance video. All we need to do to see for ourselves what really occurred is to get this digital recording out of the cops' hands and display it on television. Good luck on that, taxpaying citizens!
Finally, a few days ago, KOTV's Terry Hood was.featured in a teaser, claiming that some
unspecified source told them that Ms. Thompson had been trying to give the cops a crack
pipe! Now it looks like the Thompsons had called the cops on a pack of crack heads and was
trying to make the cops take prints off her evidence and arrest some hoodlum! It looks like
the prints belonged to this "bystander" person that the cops claim she knocked down on her
way to the other cop! Apparently these Oklahoma City cops work for the crack heads, and prove it by murdering honest citizens who try to make these cops do their jobs. We'll find out more later, hopefully, since it appears the Thompsons are preparing to sue.
News Anchor Ms. Hood went on to quote accurate Amnesty International statistics saying that, world wide, cops have been caught killing a minimum or 250 people with tasers. The manufacturer, Taser International, replied, claiming that American cops have been caught murdering "only" 12 people with tasers. A study by a scientific group, (I forget which, but the source was USA Today, about ten months ago), killed people-sized hogs with tasers, dissected them, and found that tasers indeed fry the victim's heart muscle to cause death.
Now, I don't know about you, but when a pack of vicious cops decide to torture me, I want them to have to use their beat-sticks. When the cops torture me, I want my blood to splash all over them, and all over the place they have dragged me for torture. I want angry, red whelts. I want big purple bruises. I want big gashes of open skin and the jagged, splintered ends of broken bones sticking out. Why? Because the bigger the mess they make, the harder it is for them to hide their dirty work. Also, it provides much needed feedback for them. Vicious, sadistic cops love to hear the screams of their victims, and to watch the carnage they create, but none of the shitbags want to clean up the mess. Rabid cops are sometimes discouraged from their mad frenzy of "controlling" their targeted victim when they see some of his blood splashing on them. Tasers don't show these torture-happy pigs that they are doing any damage. The vicious cops do not see their efforts frying their target's heart. They only hear the delicious screams of pain.
The vicious cops think in their tiny, little police-trained minds, "If he can scream, he's all right and can take some more. Juice him again!" Seeing no damage, and believing no damage, encourages these blue-suited thugs to fry, fry, fry; enjoying every involuntary shriek, twitch, gibber and howl. Next thing you know, that seven-minute-long taser-induced heart attack leaves them with the perfect corpse: not a single mark of violence on it. Nothing is left to do but congratulate each other, destroy the video tape of their murder, then spread the usual lies of schitzophrenia, drug abuse and a "weak" heart, etc. (Among the medical community it is common knowledge that seven minutes is the maximum length of time found that the brain can survive at normal temperatures without oxygen and be brought back, apparently undamaged. By inference, Ms. Thompson's constitution was quite hearty to sustain such voltages before finally succumbing to the cops' shenanigans.)
Cops have proven that they should not have tasers. It is time to take them away.

6-23-07: it took a solid month of think-tanking to get their stories concocted, but a coalition of cops, prosecutors, Judges and medical apologists finally puked their best effort to excuse the still anonymous Ok City cops who viciously murdered Mrs. Thompson by first hogtying her into a neat little, helpless package, then shocking her to death with their tasers. With the new, unpublished, semi-secret ruling by tenth circuit Judges Kelly, Hartz and O'Brien, (see case # 2007-5094), which allows crooked cops and corrupt prosecutors simply steal evidence of their crimes, destroy it, then lie about doing so to cover up their crimes, these OK City cops will easily escape justice. (They were, and still are, enjoying their reward of paid vacations for this caught-on-tape torture-murder of Mrs. Thompson .)
Ordinarily the official cover-up of murders-by-cops follows this standard, routine procedure. The first thing that the copcommunity did was to confiscate the corpse. They take it to their tame coroner for very special processing. The coroner is usually a rogue medical technician especially selected by the cops for his lack of integrity and willingness to concoct evidence to order for the cops' and prosecutor's political and promotional benefit.
They hit the jackpot with whichever cur they hired to screw the facts about Mrs. Thompson's murder. He is so proud of his work in this case that he would not even reveal his name. Instead, the cops sent out the brave "Rob Deaton" to vend to the curious press the anonymous medical examiner's findings. Deaton is touted by the media as an Investigator "with" the Medical examiner's office.
Deaton, who is simply another cop, begins with the standard slander of the victim, claiming that an unknown quantity of cocaine was found in her system, and that she was known to have smoked crack in the past. The family had hired an excellent attorney: Mike Gassaway, who apparently countered this cops' prepared slander off the top of his head by explaining that Mrs. Thompson was a recovering addict, clean for many months. Gassaway added that traces of cocaine can be detected by sensitive scientific tests for six months after cocaine is consumed. (In actual fact, slick-talking cops and coroners can "detect cocaine in a person's system" three years after taking cocaine, if the corpse had 20 inches of hair. They must omit the fact that cocaine and other drug residue collect in hair, and that hair grows at a rate of half an inch per month.) This is why, when pressed for answers. the slippery cops sometimes admit that the amount of cocaine is "unknown". Because the trace of coke found in years-old hair is too extremely small to measure.
Having thus created out of thin air and past police records on Mrs. Thompson the totally fradulent image of an gibbering drug addict, and so far gotten away with it, Deaton is emboldened enough to vend even worse nonsense as fact.
Ordinarily it is not much of a task for a crooked, sleazy medical worker to fool any number of lawyers. After all, medical professionals have to be intelligent and knowledgeable enough to understand complex biosystems of the human anatomy, where mere lawyers need only study the mechanics of rhetoric. Thus the cops' anonymous medical examiner merely builds upon the "gibbering drug addict" theme that politicians, cops, paramedics, media "news"-sensationalists and Hollywood drama-sellers have created from 13 decades of gov't drug "war" folklore and myth. The slow-witted TV addicts who believe these incredible anti-drug phantasms are given an extra serving of cheap titillation: the invented, purely mythical "medical condition" that Deaton vends is called (insert fanfare here) "Excited Delirium"! This totally bogus condition is so extremely tasty in relation to previous special-duty cop-myths such as "Drug nutz become stronger than ten gorillas!" that, if it were a bit of greasy meat held up for a hungry hound to jump for, he would likely leap three stories for it and snap onto half you arm, too! Women, older, defenseless and scared people; particularly the ones who wind up as jurors, are quite impressed with such "medical" terms. Mr. Gassaway rightly denounces it as a "fabricated cause of death", though this does little to calm the fires it produces in unsophisticated minds.
The cops' Exscusiologist, Deaton, is taught another term by the unnamed medical worker: it is "hyperkalemia". This, for a change, is a real medical condition. The official prisoner murder community uses it to kill persons that it brands as criminals in their lethal injection chambers. It is used to kill their victim's heart. It makes the heart beat itself to death, then seize. The medical examiner told Deaton to claim that somehow Mrs. Thompson's bicep muscle got torn during her "excited delirium", which somehow produced an overdose of potassium that caused a fatal heart attack. (Before the Scientific Community disproved them, or they got laughed off the books, the cop/coroner teams across the country would use similarly bogus "medical conditions" to excuse murders-by-cops, called, variously, "cocaine frenzy", "PCP psychosis; even "reefer madness", if you go back to circa 1950.) As cop/prosecutor teams got caught peddling these idiotic concepts to potential jurors, their stories had to become more consistent and plausible as the public became better educated and thus more able to detect flimflammery and balderdash served us by special interests with sinister agendas. Looking back and down from our pinnacle of knowledge, some of these terms and conditions have become absurdly ridiculous. Sadly, we will not, as a general population, ever get any smarter with time than we already are. Our politicians and other elitists have discovered the political efficacy of maintaining a dumbed-down electorate. Voters need be only smart enough to perform menial labors that are only slightly too complex for machines to accomplish. The dumber the voter, the more easily he is manipulated and distracted by keen authoritative minds with playbooks to consult for every situation. Thus they allow people to be and stay as ill informed and as unprepared to compete with their betters as they want to be. Schools are allowed to close or become sports-teaching facilities. When all eyes are hypnotized by the ball, people with larger, fieudish agendas can run internationally amok, as our elected ones have done for centuries to some degree.
This "hyperkalemia" nonsense seems to have done the trick and fooled everyone at the cops' press-party. Mr. Gassaway had no comment, but should have at least noted aloud the fact that mere muscle tears have never been fatal before. Perhaps he did, but the cop-slanted media chose not to relay this information.
If the cops' Coroner would show himself, I would congratulate him on this stellar piece of plausible nonsense. There is no way that any type of muscle tear could release enough potassium to kill Mrs. Thompson's heart, but it is an excellent attempt at misdirection. It just happens that one of the best ways to force a muscle to tear itself up is through "hyper-electrocution", i.e. extreme electrical stimulation applied directly to the victim's skin. (The nerves that cause muscle fiber to contract operate on only 70 thousandths of a single volt. Tasers start at 50,000 volts, and run up to 80,000 volts, possibly 150,000 volts.)
Other details of the cop/media news release were that the cops claim to have "tried" to shock Mrs. Thompson five times, but somehow only managed to succeed twice. This appears to indicate that the cops are pulling a switcheroo from wire and dart tasers to the less objectionable hand held, skin contact tasers. (The wire and dart tasers can also be pressed up against the skin, but the police are going to dodge divulging this information to anyone, because the no-dart models are low-power,
citizen-legal tasers that cops do not use.) The cop/media alliance has yet to disclose such basic facts as exactly which models of tasers the cops used to kill Mrs. Thompson. Amazingly, the cops have been able to keep their surveillance tape secret from the public, no doubt due to the fact that there is a secret, slow-motion lawyer-struggle going on over it. The cops, the cops' lawyers and the City's Judges and politicians want to find a way to destroy the tape or otherwise make it useless to the murdered woman's family. The national media is making half-hearted attempts to obtain it, but they have plenty of other sensationalist crap to present to TV deadheads that doesn't annoy the cop community. (All media outlets are cop-coddlers, because it is bad business to piss off the gov't or their cops.) The local media have all agreed that the cops and City should be protected from the information on this tape. The judge in charge of limiting and/or preventing access to this tape is proclaiming, secretly, to the lawsuit parties only, that there is not any evidence that contradicts the cops' versions of events. He uses this nonsense as his justification for preventing the tape from supplying contradictions to the cops' versions of events. (The profession of law depends upon a surprising amount of circular "logic" as this.) The Judge is using this same irresponsible rhetoric to prevent access to the corpse for the purpose of having an honest autopsy done by an unbiased expert. Mrs. Thompson's family has, of course, unwittingly rushed headlong into the usual, little known legal trap pulled on most everyone faced with this situation. Soon as the Coroner finishes with his deceits and atrocities toward the corpse, he and his henchmen encourage the unsuspecting family to get the corpse into the ground as soon as possible without ever examining it themselves. This adds another layer of extreme legal delay and colossal expense to the family when they find that the corpse is evidence and that, to exhume this buried evidence, they are required to already have very good evidence of foul play. No corpse can be dug up without permission from a judge. Judges are extremely recalcitrant about letting cop-convicting evidence get dug up, and they voice this secret agenda through their very solemn and theatrical pretense of "Respect for the Dead". People have been well programmed to have plenty of "respect" for the dead for judges to take advantage of when hiding evidence of torture and murder for cops and other elite, powerful persons. Often a combination of this "respect", the high financial and emotional costs, and the lengthy legal delays are enough to make most people give up.
If the Thompson family is able to hurtle the Judicial Roadblocks to the buried evidence, there is a very high probability that they will find that Mrs. Thompson's heart is missing from her chest cavity. Ever since that University study of the effects of taser-fire on Human-sized pigs, it has become common for taser victims' hearts to somehow become "lost" between Stateconducted autopsy and grave. Before too many more hearts get "lost", this will be recognized as the official criminal activity that it is. Cops' Coroners not only commonly steal organs to cover up cops' criminal activity, they also often install evidence that appears to verify the scenarios that suit cops' purposes. In this case, the Thompsons should check for themselves, and get the numbers on, the amount of potassium in Mrs. Thompson's body. A crooked Coroner might inject a carefully measured amount embalming fluid, to make his hyperkalemia story seem more plausible. The result would be more potassium than any torn muscle could ever release.
I hope the Thompsons are able to make these killer cops pay, or at least lessen their taste for blood, torture and maiming. This is not likely, since cops, however rabid they are proven to be, are immune to the law and its punishments. They are free to run amok because the general citizenry is taught that this is a good thing, to have totally unrestrained cops "solving" our crime and "terrorism" problems for us. Hopefully society will eventually see that everyone with immunity, even cops, prosecutors, jurors, witnesses, lawyers, judges, bureaucrats and politicians, need to be held accountable for their antics. This should happen. Immunity to the law is a scourge on honest society and a detriment to civilization.
7-6-07, Tulsa World Newspaper: Anyone who thinks that the local media is neutral and unbiased should look at this flagrant example of "news" slant. The newspaper brays this headline for the cops' and City Fathers' benefit: Cocaine Alone Could Have Killed Tasered Woman". This is the exact opposite of the previous finding of an "unknown amount" of cocaine found in Mrs. Thompson's
corpse. This 45-days-later about-face was not caused by a sudden discovery of the actual number of micrograms of cocaine per gram in Mrs. Thompson's body tissues. Oh no, because this number, which is still kept a closely guarded secret by the cops' Medical Examiner, was determined within a week of the murder. In fact, all medical workers who have had to use this kit to determine cocaine amounts in body tissues know that, to be accurate, this kit must be used almost immediately. Cocaine continues to breakdown into smaller and smaller waste products as the corpse begins to rot. The longer you wait, the harder it is to find any cocaine or cocaine breakdown products at all. No, what has just occurred is not the release of any new facts. What is really occurring that cause the cops and City Officials to call on their media tools is the fight over evidence. The cops and City Officials want to give their judges plenty of public reason to prevent Mrs. Thompson's corpse from being dug up and examined by pathologists who are not paid by the city that lets its cops run amok. Thus the real point of this latest newspaper article is to delay legal proceedings, derail the impending lawsuit, protect the cops and City from liability and, most importantly, to poison the civil juror pool against those greedy fiends who want to dig up a corpse and besmirch the reputations of honest cops just doing their "Protect `N Serve" mission.
Whatever the actual events of that day when Mrs. Thompson was tasered to death by the cops, it must have been very plain to those who watched it happen, because the lawyer is said to have filed his tort claim against the cops and City the very next day. The City has not responded to the tort claim except to call on their news-artists to spread pro-cop slanted stories to the public.
The obedient media does so by repeating the Medical Examiner's "excited delirium" nonsense that was first sent up as a trial balloon on 6-22-07. That having been almost immediately shot down, the self-called "forces of good" backed up and pulled a quick switcheroo. Now the cause of death is called "accidental (due to drug abuse and stress)".
The Medical Examiner finally chose to reveal himself: his name is Kevin Rowland, and he now makes some inflammatory claims. Chief Medical Examiner Rowland now claims (through his cop-mouthpiece) that, if Mrs. Thompson had been found dead without shackles and without a pack of cops tasering the Hell out of her, he would have put down the cause of her death as "cocaine toxicity".
The news-artists then repeat their previous quotes from the cops, who still claim to have only managed to taser the shackled. yet still - "fighting" voman two out of five tries. No mention has ever been made of if the paramedics were ever called. If they were, and they had gotten there soon enough, Mrs. Thompson could have been resuscitated. In fact, the very cops who had killed her were probably trained to do Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR). Why didn't they try to resuscitate her when they finally noticed she had stopped breathing? They get paid extra to take the training, but not to use it.
Also, the news-artists made no mention of the cops' surveillance tape. It is as if they want this tape to slide right out of everyone's memories. It would certainly be good for the cops and City if it were to vanish out of existence and memory. No doubt they are taking steps to make it worthless in indicting the cops as the secret legal war over it proceeds.
Then there is the "Hyperkalemia" theory advanced by the Medical Examiner through his mouthpiece at the cops' press conference on 6-22-07. It also has suffered a quick switcheroo, because now the news-artists attribute this story to the lawyer for the murdered woman's family. Perhaps the news-artists are just pumping confusion into the heads of the public and juror pool, or, perhaps they just didn't bother to read the non-cop parts of their own previous reportage of this incident. Either way, the lying BS is going to get thicker, then quieter as time passes. The end result will be satisfactory to all parties except we citizens. The standard, routine secret legal deal will be made for an "undisclosed amount" and for "undisclosed terms". That leaves the lawyers richer, the family compensated, and the cops and City free to pull the same stunt on other while we citizens remain completely in the dark, unprotected from future vicious, unwarranted cop attacks.
That's our judicial system, and that's what makes it ballyhooed as "The Best Legal System in the Universe!"
