NEGLIGENT HOMICIDE BY COP

On 5-9-02 National Public Radio reported on a jail fire in Bakersville, NC that killed 8 prisoners. The slant put on this atrocity was one of blamelessness and heroism. They want us to swallow a story about a space heater, heating a storage room, made something smolder enough to fill the jail and suffocate everyone on the top floor and one prisoner on the bottom floor. A Mitchell county jailer rushed to free 8 prisoners, but couldn't get through the smoke to rescue the other 8. Most people would accept this fairytale without a thought. Not me, a survivor of an earlier jail fire (see: Real Life Stupidity). To avoid being duped by Official spokes-liars, alert persons should note details like the time delay: The difference between street criminals and silk-suited criminals is that govecrooks get to take a few days to concoct good cover stories. The jailfire occurred on 5-4-02, but didn't get broadcast on the news til 5-9-02. They took 5 days to create the perfect blend of disinformation and facts to vend to the newspeddlers, public and victim's families.

Next, a heater heating a storeroom sounds fishy 1n itself. Also, it takes a lot of smoldering to fill up a two-story jail. The jailer didn't smell it because she's also the dispatcher and thus stays far from the cages in a communications office. This is why she couldn't hear her prisoners screaming for their lives and slamming and banging on the steel walls during the two hours it took for half of then to smother to death. Or she could have been so busy she decided to ignore their screams as jailers usually do. Additionally, Before rescuing any prisoner she first spent half an hour calling around for permission, then calling the deputies in from countywide patrol to provide security. No prisoner got rescued until plenty of security arrived, and then not until they managed to crawl over to be hogtied into shackles first. If a prisoner couldn't crawl up to get hogtied, the door didn't get opened. Also the firefighters were locked out, forced to wait for security to arrive. Firemen will not say how long they were made to wait. They don’t make their “brothers”, the police, look bad no matter how many prisoners had to die.

Jail inspector Carrie Hamil amid investigation was under ray. After 5 days it

should have been long over. Today is 5-28-02 and no further word has been issued on this tragedy. If 8 people had been killed under any other circumstances,. it would. have been revisited often until a real conclusion was reached and a remedy provided.   All they've done here is vend nonsense and use the jail fire as an opportunity to squeeze taxpayers for a new jail. This type of homicidal negligence is routine for govcrats because they have made themselves immune to lawsuits. They can always escape punishment for their crimes.
