SMART SOCIETY VS GREEDY SOCIETY

It is hard to believe that ill-designed prison cages contribute to higher medical costs, but they do. Take GEO's mass-produced design that puts a slit "window" in the middle of the wall next to the stacked sleepracks. Since peoples' heads do not grow out of the center of our bodies, the placement of this light-slit is virtually non-functional. Windowlight should be at one or the other end of the sleeprack, because this is where the reading, writing and drawing is done. Placing the light source in the middle guarantees that the captives will be frustrated in these activities as the book or writing board blocks the very light that they need to accomplish their goals.

Now, most people reading this are thinking, "So their EYES will get weak, and THIS is the 'higher medical costs' I should worry about? Why, I couldn't care less if a bunch of hated criminals go blind:" This sentiment is very short sighted, and no, this is just the beginning. Many of our 2.38 million caged captives do indeed become permanently nearsighted as a result of being caged, but the worst part is that a major source of violence, injury, even death in captives is the many fights they engage in over the intensity, or lack, of light inside these cages. Why? Because, to save money on housing and supervision costs, the gov/biz interests who profit so mightily from supplying these huge human-being storage warehouses force their captives to suffer at least one other criminal in the same toilet-sized cage. This way, when o one of them has a life-threatening asthma attack, or heart attack, choking incident, or breaks a skull or limb failing off the top rack, or is simply beaten near to death, there is another captive slave to act as unpaid nurse and make enough noise to wake the guard or attract his attention away from flirting with the female guard. Because at least two captives are forced into each cage, there are always battles going on over light, noise, ventilation, smell, cleanliness, placement of belongings and hundreds of other, often petty, concerns. On top of this, the guards inject harassments of their own. Their most favored harassment is forcing captives to defecate, urinate, etc, in full, unobstructed view of them and the captives with whom he is forced to live. This is why guards are forever seeking to make DAMNED SURE that their victims can not get tape, adhesives or fasteners of any type that can be used to, say, put up a sheet so a man can have five minutes of semi-privacy to, say, try and tuck his hemorrhoids back up into his anus:

Numerous as are the harassments from the guards, they are secondary to the person who is always there, watching, listening, opinionating, obstructing and making a mess that he must be forced to clean up. Usually he is the perfect product of the cop/lawyer industry, same as the cow is the perfect product of the beef and dairy industries. Domesticated human prison cattle are extremely ignorant of all aspects of life that occur outside the grasp of their hands or the sight of their eyes. Their "education" is the lowest quality and most worthless value seen in this long lifetime. To this deliberate, two-hit suppression of their minds and knowledge, add a concentrated mal-informed world view implanted in their psyches by the various propaganda machines operating today. Many captives had only their mother as parent, and thus learned no discipline or self control. Mother's world revolved around them, and they they think, that the world still should revolve around them. They crave attention and approval, and now that mom can not provide this to them, they try to require it from whoever is trapped in the cage with them. Most captives of this type never deign to learn to read or write, except to try and beg mom or sis to send them money, most of which they immediately waste on loan sharks for sugar, caffeine, nicotine or dope. Having no desire to read, and little need or ability to write, most captives tend, like cockroaches, to hide in the dark, preferrably while listening mindlessly to the very costly radio or watching the vastly overpriced TV that mom/sis paid for and the prison profiteers graciously permitted them to purchase. If not vigorously opposed, most of these worthless cage-rats will swiftly paper over all emitters of light, window or lighting fixture, in order to make it hardest to see in, and easiest to see out. (When captives gather to violate any of the thousands of petty rules imposed on them by the prisoncrats, they spend much time peeping surreptitiously out the cage door's observation slit, verifying often and individually that no guards or inmates interrupt their activities. These behaviors have to be continuously fought against by persons of intellect trapped within this system that cultivates criminal vegetables for taxes and profits, else we will never accomplish anything of merit.

Worse, we are likely to ourselves be turned by the system into the vegetables it is designed to produce. The prisoncrats have lately learned of the need for individual lights to substitute for the idiotically-placed and almost never used light fixtures in each cage. Sometimes they offer high priced, cheaply-made clip-on lights to captives as a lucrative addition to their sell/steal cycle. They do not yet realize that doing so substantially reduces the number of infections and injuries that result from fights over the ability to read, write, draw, fix, invent, etc, because most such batterings are not revealed to the guards or medical staff. Captives actively avoid medical treatment until the need for medical treatment grows so insane as to outweigh the cost or punishment it entails. (E.g. Charles Wren, a diabetic, so abhorred to have the prisoncrats take his dear $2 for medical expenses that a case of athlete's foot progressed to the point of requiring the amputation of his toe to six inches down the side of his foot. . See "Malpractice as a Goal" for more instances of deliberate prisoncrat medical insanity.) Recently, in Nebraska, the prisoncrats insanely decided to force Caucasians to live with Negroes and Hispanics. A years-long wave of violence ensued that the prisoncrats blithely explained away as "gang related" Eventually, the victims of this new prison-only social experiment used medical records of increased incidents of physical violence, injury and death to "win" a lawsuit against the prisoncrat perpetrators of this stupidity. The judge's ruling now functions as a roadmap, teaching the guards nationwide how to use clever semantics (lawyertalk or politicianspeak) to avoid leaving a medical paper trail as they continue to force their captive victims to suffer a slightly less cruel version of this same, exact practice. The only way to escape this extremely malicious prisoncrat policy is to meet them with intense physical violence every time they pull this misbegotten stunt, and suffer the guards' gang-beating of you while shackled, maced and helpless, and/or permanently disfigure yourself by scrawling racist and gang-related tattoos on your skin in order to qualify for the only "exemption": being in a racist gang.

Since inmates are stupid, guards are cruel, prisoncrats incompetent, judges uncaring and corporations cost-oriented, I am forced to design for myself the perfect human being long-term storage system. The first step is to realize that it is no longer necessary for the gov/biz enslavery industry to guarantee its own prosperity by purposefully manufacturing criminals through mal-education and poverty programs. There are now plenty of criminals to yo around to feed all the cops, lawyers, prosecutors, judges, legislators -and corporations who profit so grandly off this unfortunate segment of our society. There are plenty of convictees to feed all their children and to keep them in fat, excessively paid jobs capturing, sentencing and warehousing criminals, same as their parents enjoyed. This being so, it is time to try and repair the damage wrought by these greedy plutocrats and their thralls by force-feeding education and rehabilitation to the victims of these malanthropic social engineers. These inmates need to be pulled out of the dark. Intense, bright light should be focussed on them 18 hours per day. they should no longer be permitted to take prescription depressants to help them in their goal to "sleep their time off". They need their radios and TVs taken away from them and they need to be forcefed educational programing until each one can pass a high school exam, IN ENGLISH: They need to be paddled to instill discipline, exactly as they missed enduring while dodging school when this whole misbegotten era of overweening imbecility got its start in the early '70s. Their cages need have bigger windows placed at one end of the sleeping rack, and it needs to open to outside air. (Inexplicably, the newest prison cagestacks, which are sealed shut, suffer frequent, crippling power failures that leave captives smothering while the ventilation is shut off. Guards also seem to derive great joy from shutting off toilets, drinking water, electricity, lighting and any other utility that they control or can find the off switch to.) Petty harassment by the guards and prisoncrats must end. The legislators' machinegun approval of rights-stealing laws against captives,written by cops, sheriffs, prisoncrats and prison corporations also needs to end. Never-ending, ever-more petty financial exploitation of prisoners and their families and other helpless persons by the connected, powerful elite should end too. Where ever possible, captives should be put to work, as described in my essay, "Stealth Amnesty or Criminal Slavery?"

Prisoncrats should maintain stores with daily hours from which prisoners can purchase food and other needs. This would end the prisoner loansharking businesses that thrive on prisoncrat-created artificial shortages, charging 30 to 50 percent interest on tiny amounts of commerce that swiftly balloon into huge debts, severe injuries or costly hospitalizations. Captives should be afforded a modicum of privacy in which to defecate urinate and shower. Individual lighting should be a right that guards and prisoncrats are not permitted to steal. Libraries should be expanded and reading encouraged. Cops, lawcrats and prisoncrats should no longer be permitted to keep their slaves trapped behind 19th century technology. Their practice of deliberately depriving captives of carbon paper, typewriters, pencil sharpeners and, in some cases, even working pens, is a cruel stratagem functioning to make dissent so arduous that captives give up trying to regain their rights. Now 200 years have passed, and yet captives are still held in backward prisons that struggle with mere literacy when they should be creating programmers, software engineers and systems analyists The desires of the cops, lawcrats and legislators to maintain an extremely ignorant class of human cattle to feed on should no longer be the primary goal of prison profiteers and government bureaucrats- Captives should be permitted access to 21st century technology and encouraged to excell in its use despite how much their captors and exploiters view this as an inconvenience which they puff up into a scary, terroristic "security threat:" The actual security threat is the hatred they foment with their petty harassments, the ignorance they compel with their deprivations, and the hamstringing that they perpetrate through malicious laws that continue to punish throughout ones lifetime long after the debt to society is paid.

If these few, common sense ideas are implemented fairly and competently, the cops would benefit from less intense opposition to their abduction efforts because sentences would become reasonable rather than excessive, as prison they are now, and conditions would become livable instead of corruptioninducing , as they are now. (The Europeans provide many examples of modern, progressive, non-exploitive, teaching, prison systems that do not wreck so many lives as a result of insignificant crime. The lawcrats and legislators would not be able to suck up such large amounts of private prison corporate cash for selling favorable laws to them, but this loss can be easily made up by raising prices on other forms of govt graft. The river of riches that inundates all govt-employed "public servants" is never going to dry up, and lawcrats need to be satisfied with their position on the pinnacle of prosperity. Making them live for a week in one of the ghettos they've created will increase their feeling of satisfaction more than yet another stack of cash in another secret, offshore bank account. Riches above a certain point of greed or imagination are meaningless. There are only so many vices that these gluttons of privilege can indulge. If they can't get past vice, then they need some social engineering of their own,such as secretly administered ethics screenings. The days of obviously alcohol-addicted judges and others of the super-privileged class who sport rum blossoms on their noses and ear lobes are almost over. Modern society should move on to remove from power the less-obviously addicted persons ho abuse the public trust. Street crime is only a minor part of total crime. Ridding ourselves of these primary parasites would do more good for society than remaining bogged down in petty street crime. Is it not time to attack these simple problems at their source and fix them the smart way? By working together on the net, we can solve in months, then in minutes, problems that our "public servants" refuse to fix. (See "Electronic Voting: the Ferrari of Citizen Empowerment".) Technology has given us the means to implement a direct democracy. We do not need politicians any longer. It is time to throw these parasites out and live free and prosperous on our own.
