FAST AND SPEEDY TRIAL PUTS THE BRAKES ON THE COPS^'CASE CREATION!

Even with what the lawcrats judge is a "speedy" trial the cope still have 180 days to steer you over their cliff. About 250 years ago the citizens began to real ise that the accuser has the overwhelming advantage of surprise and all the information. Their target is left to try and uncover the substance of their accusations, if any. Then he is forced to prove his innocence of same. This name, exact scenario still occurs today despite the lawcrat's swearing that no one has to prove their innocence. Everyone they accuse of any crime must prove their innocence or suffer the State's penalty. Worse, you must prove your innocence as the cops create their case and narrow their targets down to realistic limits.

Police sill publicly tell citizens that "everyone is a suspect" as if this non sensical statement had any logic. This statement alone tells you that logic and fact need not have any part in their goal of nailing someone.

Police begin by keeping everything a secret and by accusing everyone nearby, then they work their way outward until they find the nearest. easiest convictable target. Persons who cannot prove their innocence am the most likely targets, but persons who can prove their innocence are not safe, as my case illustrates;30 years suffering a fraudulent conviction and life sentence despite signed, irrefutable proof of my in nocence in police files. Since the cope have their stranglehold on all the evidence,and they keep it entirely secret, evidence tends to shift in time and space and to appear and disappear strictly in accordance with the cop's needs. The cops' "fraternity" (illegal union) specifically influences the hiring of coroners who will fudge for them. Coroners who will not fudge results for the cops find themselves out looking for other low-work, high-pay, perk-laden government sinecures.

Though authority figures have deeply ingrained into their citizens the behavior of cawing to authority and immediately providing free every service and facility to ward helping the cops in their quest after unspecified, nebulous "crime", intelligent persons with a long view do not so bow and scrape. Being branded as "uncooperative" is much less trouble than being branded "felon" by the gluttons of privilege.

Centuries ago citizens finally got tired of being branded "criminal" by far worse criminals. They thought up the concept of "speedy trial". This was just to get a trial. Now it functions to give the cops another four solid months to juke the evidence just the way they want it while you rot in their cage, helpless, unknowing and unwitting. Because cops, judges, prosecutors and politicians have been allowed to escape oversight and quality control, and give themselves immunity to the law, justice has become a complete farce. The 10% or larger "error" rate is unacceptable. Centuries have passed since we demanded and finally obtained "speedy" trials.

Now re need "certification of evidence" as it is collected. This is an effort to force police to analyse evidence in a scientific way that prevents it from changing, vanishing and being manufactured and planted.
