STOCKHOLM SYNDROME

New Name for an Old Phenomenon

This is where persons who are mercilessly exploited try to curry favor with the persons exploiting them. They recognize that they are helpless in the face of superior power and in great danger from malice, and that the only way to improve their lot is to feign friendship with the ones exploiting them. The media popularized the name "Stockholm Syndrome" upon discovering it in relation to a hostage-taking incident studied by academia. Crime being the media's main pastime and primary profit maker, it was inevitable that the media was oblivious to this for so long. Prior to its touting of Stockholm Syndrome, this phenomenon was called "Shuck and Jive" when it applied to American plantation slaves. It occurred under various names throughout history, and occurs mainly today, in America, in its multitude of prisons, jails and secret torture facilities worldwide.

Generally, when a fellow human being is strapped to a chair that govt had scientifically designed for the ease with which torture can be applied by highly-trained sadists, one would not expect the victim to think that feigning friendship with his torturers would do much good for his situation. The cops, soldiers or contractors are especially trained to have a passionate hatred of their targets. Their victims know this. If they don't, they quickly learn this fact when the steel needles are pushed under their fingernails. Most persons whom rabid govts torture do not survive: they are usually murdered and buried in safe places, such as under military facilities. The Argentine govt used to fly their victims far out over the ocean and fling them down to the sharks.            In John McCain's Arizona, cops somehow got caught on tape in a 30 minute orgy of torture. (see: "Cop Culture and Training.) They had one man strapped to their "restraint chair". they could not make him walk to see the judge, and gleefully tortured him to death. Then they had their tame coroner lie about the cause of his death. Only after the victim's family was able to fight off lawcrat attempts to prevent an independent autopsy was it uncovered that these vicious cops had smashed his testicles flat, ripped his joints and smothered him to death by mashing his chin into his chest. In Iraq, Korea, Vietnam, Columbia, Guatemala and Afghanistan, our rabid govt employees left mass graves of their tortured victims pocked all over the map. These corpses were often professionally stripped of identifying evidence, then burned to ash with diesel oil. The only way that even some of them were traced back to U.S. soldiers or their ex-soldier "contractors" is by the caliber of bullet left in their corpses, or the style of their murder; (large American slug, usually .45 caliber, in the forehead of their victim.).

The luckier ones, such as the one the media called the "American Taliban" got dragged off to be tortured in prison by the CIA. Here we have film, probably destroyed by now, of a CIA cop arrogantly offering to let this kid bleed to death if he did not make a satisfactory video for the CIA. This was at a prison that they had created for about 5,000 victims that they'd captured or bought from "allies" and stuffed into tight confinement at Mossar-E-Sharrif. They won't be making fighting myths for their newer crops of youngster-soldiers out of this. Military historians will be strangely silent here because they got too busy torturing and murdering before they got their victims safely chained to the walls and floors. Hearing the screams of pain, the soon-to-be-tortured-and-murdered lost their docility and erupted out of bondage long enough to kill that CIA cop who liked to watch people bleed to death, along with a few others, before dying en masse trying to regain their freedom.

Most survivors of govt torture are kept in prison, to prevent them from decrying what govt sadists did to them. Their stories must never reach public ears, and govt has many ways to prevent the truth from escaping their secret dungeons. (See: "Complete Outline of Torture".) Even when the facts do escape govt's cages, it does little good. Govt and its media lackeys masterfully discredit and demonize their victims when they are not distributing 24/7 anti-crime/terror propaganda to its eager-believer citizenry.

"Stockholm Syndrome" is one of the primary reasons that prisons, jails and even secret torture facilities are so full of snitches. Water-torture, testicle-smashing, taser electrocution, strangling, beating or even their thousands of methods of petty harassment are powerful incentives for the victims to point and scream accusations, real or concocted, at any other in attempts to lessen their own torture and molestation. Desperate individuals, eager to find any possible way to escape the vicious embrace of their captors, learn how to convincingly connive favor out of their hated masters. One of the absolute best at fooling his tormentors is an oily little psychopath named James Grey Smith, (See: "Bred for Crime:..."). what is little known, or studied, however, is the reverse case; Stockholm Syndrome afflicting the persons doing the exploiting.

These guards, cops, jailers or military viciously torture their helpless, restrained victims with gleeful abandon. The pleasure they derive from such state-encouraged sadism is often manifested in the euphoria of patriotism poured into their psyches by the overweening praise daily vomiting from our state-steered media cheerleaders. This endless spewing of "support our soldiers, cops, etc" propaganda works very well to keep these govt employees proud to harass, torture, maim and kill strangers whom the state supplies them. Then, at night, when these sadists try to sleep, the ones who are not true psychopaths-- the ones who are only govt-trained psychopaths--sometimes have bad dreams.    This is their humanity--what remains of it--rebelling against their inhumanity. Even the sickest, most vicious, slavering cop--if he is only a trained psychopath-can wake up sweating to the screams of the crowds of people he has tortured.  In his dreams, their maimed and brutalized mobs chase him, intent on returning to him the vile, despicable deeds he perpetrated upon them.

These dreams of well-deserved retribution do not completely dissipate by the time he returns to work. This paranoia causes him to notice things, such as, "Good God! There are are only fifty of us keeping 2,200 of our victims in cages: One single mistake by any one of these idiots I work with and the ravening mob could break out and begin exacting their vengeance!            Every day I spend at this job increases the chance that my victims could break out, strap ME to my torture rack, choke ME to an inch of my life, rip MY hair out, shove steel needles under MY nails, fry ME with my own electrocutor and smash MY testicles flat:"

They love their jobs. They love the high pay, low work, fat, quick pension and retirement with lots of perks. They love to exert their petty dictator powers. They lose love the rush of pleasure that they experience from harassing, torturing and maiming or killing their universally hated victims. They decide to stay, but they hedge their bets. Their victims seem to desperately want to be friends with their tormentors. Now that the sadists have thought about their crimes and become uneasy with the slight possibility of getting what they so richly deserve, they deduce the utility of faking friendship with their victims. The sadist, in his or her twisted mind, believes that, if the victims ever do get the whip hand, he will be spared because he once gave a piece of candy to a starved man. The victims will spread the word and think, "Sam ain't so bad. He did me a favor once by not torturing me as badly as he could have.  But these OTHER shits--Get 'em, boys!"

Slammin' Sam thinks he can hide behind his even worse co-criminals. And he is correct in thinking this. During riots, this proves to be true. The most hated sadists are the ones sought, and the ones who are just as bad, yet feigned a moment of compassion, get a bye. This occurred during the Attica riot, where the cops murdered the guards to get to the captives. This occurred in McAlester's riots, where every guard was released unharmed. This occurred during the Hominy riot, where all the guards were also released, almost prior to the riot.

"Friendship" or "compassion", even when feigned for a fleeting moment, is very valuable to the misanthropic scum who torture for the govt.
