COPCRIME: PERPETRATING LINEUP FRAUD
Never agree to any lineup. The cops can steer an eyewitness onto you easier than they can drive over you with a truck. Lineups function to train eyewitnesses who to point at.
When now disgraced Tulsa Police Detective Larry Johnson decided he could dodge another brutality conviction by wrapping his porn-king's murder around my neck, he did so with plenty of police help, and none of them gave a rat's ass that in doing so they were helping the killer escape justice forever. Here's how they did it:
First, only he and his henchmen knew my hair was too long and the wrong color, making it impossible for me to have been the short-haired killer three women saw at three different times and places. Only they knew the killer doesn't wear glasses. Johnson fixed all these problems by scheming on the phone to his brothers-in-blue in Osage county. They sent their jail trustee to offer to cut my hair. I stupidly fell for this trick without any thought.
Next day, Tulsa County cop D. A. Roberst teamed up with osage county cop J. D. Slinkard to convince me to go to Tulsa with them to be an 'extra' in a lineup. Since I was (and am) no kind of criminal, I had no fear of being branded one. The cop's sleazy tongues made it sound like a picnic, saying a fast-food lunch was included. Like a moron, I fell for this too. School taught me cops were honest.
They put me on an enclosed stage with extremely clean, thick plate glass across the front. This gives fools the idea that we will be able to see and hear the cops and witnesses do their choosing. Only a technician-cop is outside the glass, and we idiots don't realize the box is soundproof until the cop shouts orders to us through a loudspeaker. We don't get to see the cops who are doint this to us eaither. Suddenly the lights change and the clear glass becomes a grey, opaque wall. It's like being blinded: 80% of the room vanishes in a blink.
Only after they blind us to the outside do more cops bring a single eyewitness in. We do not get to see or hear how the cops steer the witness. Witnesses are not permitted to see other witnesses. No recording of this process is made, or if it is, the witness-steering parts are carefully edited out and erased. Don't think any lawyer is going to keep the cops honest. The cops are experts at getting around lawyers. Cops control everything. They tell the lawyer when to show up, which door to enter, which doors unlock, which stay tightly shut. Cops decide how many cops are needed to swear in court that the lawyer didn't see or hear what he accidently saw or heard. The cops also control how many traffic tickets the lawyer gets, how many bones get broke, or if his home burns down or if his rotting corpse is found years later in a secluded field the city never mows. Also, there is no one to keep the lawyer honest. Remember: lawyers get paid before they leave their offices, so they have zero incentive to do anything but find another paying customer. Also, they get paid even when their service is worthless or harmful, and they can't be successfully sued for it. Lastly, losing criminal lawsuits gets them perks from the judge/DA team. who are in charge of pay, promotions and passing out gravy jobs, such as plea bargain cases.
The cop's theatre has colored lights. tool This enabled them to change the color of my hair somw=ewhat so that it looked lighter; closer to the light brown or blond hair the actual killer has. Since only the cops and witnesses knew the killer's hair color was an issue, I had no idea of the importance of them playing with their colored lights.
Then the loudspeaker voice ordered me to step close to the glass wall. Even two inches away you can't see through it. The loud voice ordered me to take off my glasses, since only the cops and witnesses knew the killer doesn't wear glasses, I fell for this trick too.
A bright light flickered once. It was hardly noticable. Because I was standing just 2 inchesfrom an opaque wall, I had no idea they'd just taken my picture.
This picture cost me my life, and I didn't even realize they'd taken it until reading about it in police files stolen from them 25 years after I'd escaped their clutches. With my unwitting help, these fiends had concocted a picture of me that took away 3 features that made it impossible for me to have been the killer and replaced them with three features the killer did have: short, light brown or blond hair; no glasses.
The cops just created the perfect tool for tricking the second eyewitness into thinking I was the killer she saw!
Like I said: Never agree to any lineups!
