"YOUR" LAWYER IS FAKING WORKING FOR YOU
No matter how much you pay a lawyer, he's still working for the lawyersystem, NOT you. In my own case I find, 26 years too late, that "my" public defender did not file a single motion for discovery of the killer's blood. Worse, I sent two other lawyers specifically to the cops for this blood, and neither of them did either, despite the fact that I told each one that a conviction would be quickly found impossible if only one drop of blood could be ripped loose from the cops' clutches. Now; why would three lawyers be completely worthless in ending a fraudulent indictment quickly? Two had good excuses, though not good enough for their high-sounding Bar Association bylaws which state that they should not allow an obvious injustice to progress past them. Two could excuse themselves by throwing their noses in the air and proclaiming "It's not my job:" (They were helping me get convicted in another county for another fraudulent crime.) So, the first one, Bill Matingly, from Osage county, called the Tulsa cops about the blood, and this action alerted the cops to their need to hide all the killer's blood. This they did: the cops lied to the lawyer, claiming that they had no blood while they concealed at least EIGHT different samples of the blood gathered by at least FIVE different forensic experts, three of them cops especially trained to be identification whizes, and two of them medical experts called coroners. The cops also lied to the lawyer, concealing the facts that they had sent a sample to their OSBI lab, and another to the medical examiners for analysis. The Tulsa cops lied to the 2nd and 3rd lawyers the exact same way, and continued to conceal the blood and who collected it and who they gave it to for analysis, and what the results of these analyses were. You would think that cops would like to convict the right person for crime, especially murder, but cops are not selective, especially the ones past rookiehood. They gradually develop a philosophy that one criminal is as good as another, and everyone is a potential criminal. Their world is skewed. They see so many criminals every day that they think "We'll just nail who we can, when we can." Guilt, innocence; cops couldn't care less as long as they brand you a criminal. They gradually realize that their job is to create convictions and fill up prison and jail cages. Lawyers are the same as cops: they want to "help" you. Their help involves getting you into a cage, then picking up their paycheck. Lawyers think the same as the public is trained to think through TV and other propaganda: "If the cops got 'em, they must be guilty." Lawyers feel that their job is to perform the legal dance before you get convicted, sell you false hope on an appeal, then pick up his money as he passes you on to the next lawcrat, the appeals lawyer, so he can rake in another pile of taxpayers' cash scribbling out a worthless, ineffective appeal. This appeal does nothing for you, but it keeps thousands of lawratz in limos, caviar and chivas regal. More, it enriches an entire warren of appeals judges, govt prosecutors, their hordes of clerks and their hordes of assistants. All this just to make long-winded excuses why the law will not help you, the fraudulently convicted. (The fraudulently convicted have been discovered to number at least 7% of all convictions in death penalty cases only, and much higher in all other cases.) Read the case law and you will discover it is exactly as I've said: the appeals process is even a bigger farce than the trial process. It does nothing for society than give a horde of lawcrats fat, lucrative salaries for making the lawyersystem and the Constitution appear to work while it doesn't. If the Constitution was made to enrich a scuz of lawcrats, it does an excellent job. The elite wordsmiths of society have twisted the Constitution into their slave. It works for them alone, and they've used it to elevate themselves far above persons who do the work of civilization like research and development scientists, engineers, construction workers, farmers and manufacturers, etc. It is really too tragic that the parasite class- of lawyers, politicians and media sycophants have managed to derail civilization to their own special benefit. The lawyer motto is "The longer it takes, the more we make." This is precisely why lawcrats do not work far you: civil litigation makes them rich, hence they have incentive to moan on and on rather than find a quick solution. They work for the system that drains off the wealth of the producers into their pockets. Criminal litigation is just the opposite: usually the lawyer, under the guise of the "Public Defender" is paid a fat, set fee for each victim he assists through his segment of the lawyersystem. The faster he pushes the victims through, the faster he gets rich. The process for doing this is standard and multifaceted. first he tries to sell you a plea "bargain", which is a bargain for him and his fellow lawratz, but is detrimental to you and the rest of society. The lawyer simply assumes you are guilty, then formulates a "package" of guilty pleas that are "bargains" compared to what the govt's attorney plans for you. In actuality, "your" criminal lawyer and the govt prosecutor work together against you just like the carnival shill and the booth operator work together to empty the fairgoers' pockets before he leaves. The DA makes every crime extremely heinous and asks for the maximum penalty. The shill tries to get you to play their game by offering you a tiny discount off the maximum price. He hopes you will go for it. If you don't, and tell him you are innocent, many unscrupulous lawyers will still tell you that your best bet is to take their plea "bargain" anyway. Sad fact is, the jury and lawyersystem is so rigged that often it IS the best bet to actually feign guilt, in the short run, at least. What people don't consider is the fact that once they get you convicted, or you accept guilt even though you are innocent, you will never stop paying for "your" crime'. So, actually, in the long run, it is always better for you AND society to insist upon trial EVERY TIME! But lawcrats hate trials. Criminal trials waste valuable time and still only make the one, set, fat fee. Consequently, they will continue to make better and better "deals" until you accept one, or they give up, or give you the standard farce of a trial where the lawyer blocks you from access to the jury. "Your" lawyer will perform the same, losing dance he performs for each client, and you will be convicted. Lawyers don't work for you because they get bad publicity every time they get a criminal off the lawyersystem hook. This is why they have evolved a process whereby they appear to defend criminals, but the end result is always the same: conviction. Don't think so? Then you will see and you will agree: Lawyers work for you the same way botflies "work" for their host: by eating his flesh.
