The Never Ending Screwjob
Ever wonder why legislative lawyers can’t figure out what laws judicial lawyers won’t overturn? They were all taught the same law, weren’t they? If anyone else couldn’t properly perform his job, he’s called incompetent and demoted. Mechanics have no trouble agreeing on how to correctly fix machinery. Is there some incentive, in law, to, for instance, leave a nut loose so it can rattle off into the works and destroy the clutch, miles after paying the bill?
After all, who’s going to know incompetence from sabotage? Who’s going to fix sabotaged stuff except someone from the same vocation? What if mechanics required payment in advance, like lawyers, and made no promise that they could actually fix anything? There’d be no quality control! Their failure rate would leap from 5% to 80%, like the lawyers enjoy.
Mechanics and others have incentives to do quality work. If they get caught making too much work, they get fired, customer learn to avoid them or they get sued. Not so with lawyers. Name any type of quality control on lawyers! "Self-policing?" This is letting the weasel police the henhouse. Self-policing is nothing but a method the privileged use to hide their crimes and corruption and avoid real punishment. No, self-policing is the problem, not the solution. Name any lawyers who got fired. McCarthy? Packwood? Clinton? Each one had long careers being wealthy crooks who never went to jail. No punishment means no quality. This is why their primary products are trick laws and endless debate.
We see how the legislature and its lawyers really work. One pack of lawyers tries to outlaw something. The other pack of lawyers tries to fill it full of exceptions for their wealthy contributors. The result is shiploads of nonsense that courtroom lawyers quibble over at extremely high taxpayer cost for decades until consensus is finally reached. This process results in flip-flop law that can be interpreted both way according to who has the most money to throw at the system.
Suppose cops and judges don’t want any cops convicted despite irrefutable proof of their viciousness displayed on national tv. Just move the trial away from the victimized community and into a wealthy community and manipulating the jurors. This fraud causes riots, arson and nationwide outrage in the working classes.
So, how to pacify the tax base? Just throw out double jeopardy and perpetrate a new fraud that paves over the old fraud. Give a token number of vicious cops illegally short sentences for a token crime and sneak them free on bail. Let them win appeals when everyone is distracted and tired of watching the agonizingly slow process of letting the privileged escape justice.
That was just on flagrant example of judicial crime that recurs many times daily.
The bane of law is its extreme flexibility. The constitution means nothing because it is routinely discarded and over-ruled on a case by case basis, by thousands of judges creating new case law daily that is itself discarded under a growing mountain of case law exceptions to the constitution.
No one teaches these facts in school; they’re learned only over time watching events repeat in history. By the time we reach 40, we see that law is no obstacle to the privileged. They create and destroy law as need suits them. Government has a playbook; the taxherd does not. This is how governmental lions have eaten us for centuries; by keeping us ignorant through semi-worthless schools, malinformed through their media lapdogs and cleverly contrived polls that tell us what to think. We’re disorganized and distracted as they forment controversy, rendered powerless through mindless cheap entertainment and by being prevented access to government and law.
We have a glut of lawyers. But the price is kept far too high for us to employ them. Legislators regularly and publicly ignore the will of the majority and vote the way they want to on the legislation they create.
Money votes so powerfully, that citizens have given up trying to vote. Voting is made so arduous, 60% don’t bother. Apathy is so high that a recent election was simply stolen and no one had the power to stop it.
So, how can we take back our government of the dollar and return it to we the people? Electronic voting and the constitutional right of the people’s initiative petition makes direct democracy possible. This is the same that worked so well for the ancient Greeks. Using modern technology and direct democracy, we fix the law ourselves. First, we revoke all the immunity-to-the-law laws. When everyone is pulled back under the law, quality control will return. Excessive privilege and immunity to the law is how this country was hijacked by the corps and the hereditary rich and taken away from the workers. In the 60’s one man could easily support a family of four. Now, it takes two people to support a smaller family, by working longer hours at less pay.
Next, we tax the rich, audit government, take back our war department trillions and give ourselves a raise. Send our kids to the better, cheaper schools we made and begin thinking of a rosy future where everybody is better off, not just a few millionaires in politics and business.
